American Chimney consistently provide excellent service! In a world where others tell you "we provide great service" and don't, these folks actually do!

They came to inspect a chimney, broke the damper, came up with a bunch of nonsense on a bid for $12,000, when told to come back and fix what they broke I was told “we don’t fix that or make those types of repairs”. If you can’t repair a fireplace how can you submit a bid to fix one? Other chimney company said their bid was price gouging in an effort to take advantage. I wouldn’t trust their opinion on how to rub 2 sticks together.

I can't recommend American Chimney enough! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Nathan and the crew did a fantastic job relining our utility flue, and they completed the work quickly without any hassle.

They were also super flexible, working around our schedule and understanding the urgency after an issue was discovered during our home inspection. The entire experience was stress-free, and we really appreciated their attention to detail.

After making our decision Nathan & Dalton came to do the cleaning, log removal and sealing off. They were so respectful and kind. They were efficient and in the work and ensured our floors were coved- left everything in great clean shape. The sealing is amazing even in the single digit weather no heat or cool is coming in. Bonus- they were great and understanding with our dogs. My wood stove that was installed by the builder of my house was done all wrong. American Chimney came in took it all out and brought it all up to code. They did an absolutely amazing job! They were informative, explained everything that was done and why. They showed me how to use my new stove. Showed me pictures of the work that was done on the roof. On top of the great work there was no mess to clean up afterwards another big plus! I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the work done by American Chimney. They replaced the liners in my fireplace and furnace flues, replaced my chimney’s crown and damper, and did some brick repair
inside my fireplace. The crew of four were on time, organized, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and tidy. They were also one of the more honest contractors I’ve dealt with (their bid was a third of a competitors!). If you need chimney/fireplace work done, these are the guys to call!

The best company to work with for you chimney needs. The guys came in and got the chimney all cleaned out. They inspected the chimney and showed me pictures of what I needed to address at some point. They even gave me 2 options to fix the problem. Contacted them today and told them I would like to go ahead and get the work done. They had an opening this morning and were back out here and on my roof fixing the cracks on the chimney. A great bunch of guys, very courteous and professional.

Dawson and Cole with American Chimney came to our home to clean and refresh our fireplaces. They did an excellent job of explaining how they would evaluate our chimney (with drones!) and clean the interior. They cleaned the entire chimney, removed and replaced the logs, added new base granules, and maintained a clean work area throughout. They are a family owned business and are so easy to work with! I had an emergency need to install a chimney cap. We had a problem with critters getting into the flue and were scheduled to leave town the next day. I went down the list of Google suggestions. I was quoted exorbitant prices and one company insisted on charging $99 for inspection of the brick exterior, which is often a sly way to spin up additional charges from homeowners that don't know any better. Even with the high prices and knowing my predicament, I was told it would be one to two weeks before they could come by.

When I reached out to American Chimney Cleaning and explained my problem to Rhonda, she said she would reroute a crew to be at our house within a couple hours. Two very nice and professional young men arrived ahead of schedule and suggested a solution that was less costly than Rhonda estimated. The work was completed quickly and professionally. They even inspected the brick work and mortar joints for free and said they looked just fine.

In talking with Rhonda (Aunt Rhonda to the workers), I learned American Chimney Cleaning is a family run company and that almost everyone is a family member. From what I saw, those who aren't were treated as though they are. All in all, an absolutely great experience - quality work, a fair price and no attempts to sell me on services I don't need.

We had hail damage and needed our chimney cap and furnace cap replaced. I sent the insurance auditor's report over, and Rhonda promptly sent me a proposal for the work. I was referred to American Chimney after the chimney/fireplace was found unsafe by a local chimney cleaning/inspection company. Deciding what direction to go was especially difficult being recently widowed and on a limited income. I researched both gas and electric conversions, but decided to go back to the original reason my husband and I
put the wood burning fireplace in when we built - supplemental heat and coziness of a wood fire in the country.
