Very bad experience with this company. They were unprepared for the work that was needed and we had to purchase items, which was ok with us, however we would have expected them to be prepared for the damage in a negative degree day. They were prompt with fixing our issue however our garage door was damaged by their employee, which blamed my husband at the time. After voicing our concern, they had the door repaired, however billed us/insurance for the repair. Upon speaking to the owner he basically said they did nothing wrong and refused to do anything about it, even meet us half way on the repair cost, even though his employee beat on the garage railing with a hammer and then blamed this on my husband as well. I know issues happen and typically a company will work with the costumer but it’s all about the money now unfortunately.

Koebrich was a really nice guy, and a pleasure to have in our home. He explained what would be done, and towards the end, on a section of carpet that was an area of concern for extra mess from the dogs, he demonstrated what the clean water looked like being suctioned up from a part he'd already cleaned, and then what the dirty water looked like from a section he was just cleaning in front of me. So gross. Definitely need to have these folks back more often to help keep our carpets clean and our house not having dog funk smell.

I contacted Leone Restoration for the first time regarding cleaning my carpets after hearing great things about them. Prior to my appointment I received correspondence telling me that Wesley was assigned to doing my home and reminding me of the date and time. On the day of cleaning, I received a message telling me when he was on his way. Wesley arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He took the time to walk around my home and understand where I wanted some extra care as I have two dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that he took the time to protect my furniture and walls from the hoses they use to clean my carpets by putting some protectors around the corner of my walls and furniture. I have had my floors cleaned by other companies in the past and I have never seen this done. Leone Restoration clearly separates themselves from other companies by taking pride in their work and their customers which is hard to find these days! My carpets look amazing and I will 100% use them in the future. I highly recommend Wesley and Leone Restoration.

We have used Leone Restoration & Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning and to have our dryer vent cleaned.

Carpet cleaning- we had just bought our house and we were on a tight timeline. This company was easy to schedule with- they were on time- the quote was right- the team was so friendly and professional.

Dryer vent- our dryer vent goes all the way up to the top of our 2 story roof. We got a couple quotes and the companies were very “salesey” (oh let me call my manager and he will quote you and then the quote was astronomically different and didn't feel genuine). Messaged Leone Restoration and explained everything. Quote was good. Scheduling easy. I got a text when tech en route with a picture! And it was the same tech that did our carpets the year before and he remembered us, again was so friendly and professional.

You really cannot go wrong with this company. Honest. Good work. Quality.

Andrew and his team are so professional. They know their fabrics and will be honest with what they can and can’t clean, such as sisal. I would also highly recommend the duct cleaning. Who wants dirty air forced through their home?!? They can do large and small jobs as well. Which is awesome. I highly recommend them.

SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN! Didn’t think our rug and carpet would survive another year but with this company made all my stuff look brand new. With three large dogs and normal foot traffic they got out more than would think is possible. For sure using them as much as needed .

Beautiful work by this new company, with highly experienced technicians. Two professional-looking young men arrived on time in a well-marked van. They worked very efficiently, obviously knew what they were doing. They patiently listened to my initial concerns and offered workable solutions. Both were very polite and well-spoken - a welcome change from many contractors. I received reminder notifications with times and name of technician, as well as an immediate receipt after paying by check.Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others!

Very impressed with the quality of work Leone Restoration and Carpet Cleaning provides. We had our carpets cleaned by Andrew before a move and it was a night and day difference!

I called because we had a water leak from our refrigerator. I thought I cleaned it up until I found that my wood floors in front of the fridge started buckling. Andrew and his team came out right away, put down some pads and a fan, and came back after a couple of days to get the equipment.
