The worst experience I've ever had. They were horrible at communicating once we agreed to use their company. No communication, very long response time, no clear time line on fixing the roof or other issues. The roofers drank beer on the job, chipped paint off of the house/gutters, didn't do a great install. They damaged the inside of the house and couldn't explain how that happened. They forgot to do the shed and then came back, did a very quick and horrible job. Never finished the remainder of the work, destroyed part of our siding with roofing nails to put up a tarp that shouldn't have been put up in the first place. At the end of everything all they did was apologized for doing a horrible job and for poor communication. They blamed our experience on them being too busy. Do yourself a favor and call a different company. Choosing this company was a horrible decision and they didn't even help with the insurance part of this. You will regret working with them.

My experience with the team at JJ Roofing exceeded my expectations. Within days of the initial contact with JJ Roofing, they had made contact with my insurance company and met with the appraiser. One of their crew came by on his way home from work and patched a few holes in the ridge cap as we were expecting rain that night. Once the insurance company authorized the work, the materials were delivered and the roofing crew tore off and installed the new roof in a day. With one of the very heavy rains we've had this summer, our roof began leaking and dripping through the ceiling in our master bedroom. I called JJ roofing and they were out that day to look at the situation. They were up on the roof and in the attic to identify the source of the leak and then presented me with the options to fix the issue. They were back the next day with the materials to fix our issue and I was so glad because we had more heavy rain the forecast that night! Happy to say our roof is no longer leaking.

Anthony came by looked at my roof. Didn’t try to sell me and just told me straight up that he feel like there was enough damage to claim. Appreciated the conversation and did not feel like he was just there to try to get paid. He explained that there were only a few shingles that were affected by wind on my shed and went as far as to repair them at no cost. This place is quick, professional and does quality work for a reasonable price! Dustin came out quickly to the house to assess hail damage and a mystery problem that no one else had been able to figure out having to do with AC vents on roof. While we don’t have any hail damage he was able to tell us in about 10 min of being on our roof about our AC vents and had pics to prove it. He said he would call with an estimate. Within 30 min I had a very reasonable estimate to fix our problem and he was able to send Ramon out to fix it the next day! He even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and all went well once Ramon left. I have no doubt when it comes time to replace our roof that we will use them. The customer service I received from Dustin and Ramon was nothing short of phenomenal! U won’t go wrong with these guys.
