We had a complete roof replacement due to storm damage and the Roof Co team helped make the process very smooth. The pre-work teams were very professional and helpful. The work crew was extremely fast, efficient and polite. They did a great job making sure nothing got damaged and the post work clean up was very thorough.

We did have a situation where a few drips came down an exhaust vent on the first rain event but Marcello got some guys out in a timely fashion to sort out the issue. Since then we've had several light rains and one heavy rain and the issue was resolved on that first visit.

Marcello did a great job keeping us informed and making sure the work was done to our satisfaction, and handling the one minor issue that came up.

Had a great experience with Roof Co. we had to replace our roof due to hail/storm damage. The process could not have been simpler for us and everything was done in the original timeline we were given. Haven’t had any inclement weather, but everything seems great so far and customer service has been top notch. Mainly dealt with Nick, but everyone we have spoken with has been friendly and informative.

Great team to work with. Nick was a fantastic rep to work with from day one He explained every step of the process and was thoroughly communicative. Well coordinated job throughout.

Working with Nick was very positive they got the work done we are waiting for our solar to be put back on

DO NOT RECOMMENDED. It took them almost a year to come by and do the PART of the job after the contract was signed. (They only did the roof, which wasn’t done well, & did not fix the window trim/house siding or gutters) After they finished the roof they left our solar panels on our back porch for over 6 months. They didn’t come back and reinstalled them or find anyone to do so. It was up to my dad to find someone & PAY OUT OF HIS POCKET, to get them reinstalled. He was told he would be reimbursed and now no one answers. Tyler is not a man of his word.
They SCAMMED & ROBBED my dad.

I've had a really hit and mostly miss communication stream from this company out in the greater Denver area. Initially told it was 6-8 weeks (but could be sooner) for the roof which I was fine with, and as soon as I've provided them funds for our replacement I was ghosted for nearly a month after numerous outreaches to my contact Tyler I was working with. Not looking for a specific date or anything just a more narrowed down range.

His supervisor, Matt, was more proactive about reaching out but after we've had a few delays and reschedules for the roof and gutters. Between picking up after the crew, there being a wide disconnect between the crew and what's being communicated to me, I just want to move on from the rest of the items they were going to repair.

Matt told me almost a week ago that I'd be provided details on the balance of my roof and now he too has disappeared.

I would not recommend this company and their approach and communication has left me feeling scammed.

I rarely ever answer the door for salespeople but did this time. Got to chatting with Tyler Lafler, and we hit it off. Decided to go with RoofCo. Had a couple of speed bumps, but he and Matt Byrd did a great job smoothing those out! New roof and gutters! I will definitely use this company again!

Tyler Lafler from RoofCo did an amazing job coordinating with our insurance company to have three layers of roof replaced due to hail and wind damage. He worked with the adjuster and the subcontractors to get everything done. This year's hail, rain and thunderstorms had the work delayed for weeks, but Tyler kept us informed through it all. When the company that was supposed to replace the fascia, pulled out at the last minute, Tyler was able to find another company a week or so later to get the job done for us. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with RoofCo and Tyler on our roofing project.
