I just can’t say enough about the professionalism, care and support provided by Roof Cat. Almost two years ago, a terrible storm destroyed our roof and siding. Roof Cat came in and immediately took care of us. We’ve had a couple wind storms since, and when I’ve called they have shown up the very next day. They’ve gone above and beyond to help in every way. I 1000 times would recommend them! They are truly amazing! Pictures of before and after!

They replaced the soffit on the front on my 2-story house after a squirrel chewed a hole in it to gain access to my attic. They did an excellent job, and were very easy to deal with regarding arranging to get the work done. The cost was reasonable. No problems what so ever.

After struggling to get quotes from four other roofers, I called Ty at Roofcat. He personally answered the phone, promptly provided a quote, and completed my small roofing project at an surprisingly low price. His professionalism and value were impressive. I'll definitely call Ty first for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend Roofcat for their responsiveness and competitive pricing.

If you are in need of roofing services look no further. I called Roof Cat in need of an inspection on my roof after storm damage and they came out same day. The operator I worked with was extremely helpful and Adam is fantastic to work with. Great with communication as well.

Had minor roof damage. Called them and they were there in no time. Ty and Doug took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes. Great guys and great job.

Adam worked tirelessly to get our insurance to cover the entire roof of our house when we lost a section of shingles. Followed up with everything the insurance requested and finally got approval for the entire roof. After the new roof was installed he followed up with us to check that everything was done to our satisfaction (even running a magnet to get any stray nails!). I can’t recommend Adam enough along with Roof Cat for your roofing needs!!

Highly recommend! We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling and RoofCat came out and thoroughly looked at the roof to find the issue. Turns out it there was a spot where a fan vent was located that was not caulked correctly. They caulked all around the area and said that would fix it. It certainly did! They didn't charge me a thing for the caulking. If I have any further issues, I will give them a call!

Needed a boot repaired for my vent. Because of recent snow and ice there was some scheduling delays but Ty communicated with me very well and profellionally and showed up as soon as his schedule allowed.

Wonderful, reliable business to work with! Had a water leak after TS Helene came through and Ty & Paula came out and got me fixed up before the next rainfall. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Great work, great communication, very friendly, and most importantly kept me in the dry.

Thought I was getting a reputable company, BUT not. Had hail damage from storm in June 2023, was told they would start in Nov, get a call to ask if they could push me to later so they could get to more shingle roofs (i have a metal roof) while it was still warm. Dec2023 they start and finish within 2 weeks, WELL it look like crap, so many imperfections for a $35k roof. Over the next few months visit after visit everyone stated it was "not to their expectations, and it would be fixed". Many follow up calls initiated by me and 10 months later they came to redo but only parts of it and there are parts that still are crap. I will say the roof doesnt leak but again for $35k the details are what matters. This company may be good at shingle roofs but STAY AWAY if you have a metal roof, if you ever need a visual let me know. The communication skills and professionalism of the entire team is like potty training a toddler...constantly chasing them, process takes for ever, continually asking questions and then wondering when it will happen, but in the end you still get crap.

We recently had to have our roof replaced and Ty and the entire crew from Roof Cat came to the rescue. Ty first came and thoroughly inspected the roof and made recommendations about improvements. He followed up promptly with an estimate of costs and checked in to ask about our decision. He was not pushy at all, but concerned about what he could do to help. Once we had chosen Roof Cat for the job, their crew showed up, on time, and jumped in to get started. They were very careful about our foundation plantings and positioning of the dumpster. They put in a long day, but finished the job in one day, including a thorough cleanup. I would definitely recommend Roof Cat to anyone interested. Their bid wasn't the cheapest, but I felt confident with Ty and then the rest of the crew, that they knew their business and that we would end up with a quality job.

This firm is great. We needed their expertise and care and it was given at 100%. From the first Ty gave us thorough and clear answers to our questions, and it just went from there, positively and professionally. The work was excellent and the workers were respectful and efficient. All in all a great end result. We recommend them highly.

Over and above does not even come close to describing what Adam Miller did for us. His attention to detail is impeccable, his business integrity is stellar, his willingness to take care of the customer is incomprehensible! Adam did everything in his power to make sure that we would get a new roof. I cannot rate or recommend Roof Cat roofing high enough, this is the only roofer I will ever use.

Had a small leak due to loose nails. Ty explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. Showed up early and fixed the problem quickly. Would highly recommend and will use them for any future needs..

The roofs of my townhomes in Lexington sustained storm damage in the summer of 2023. I contacted Ty Ezel who performed an initial inspection of my roofs and he confirmed what I suspected, yes there was damage. I submitted an insurance claim and the adjustor agreed with Ty's assessment. My roofs were replaced in early 2024. I was very impressed with Ty. He was very reputable to work with, did what he promised at the time he promised. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. He agrees with me, communication is a very important part of any salesman's job, before and during the job.

I originally tried to get quotes from and work with other local contractors, but it was easy to see they were more interested in serving their needs and their bottom line than helping us to repair our storm damaged home. Had a downspout commit suicide and detach from house. Roof Cat out within one business day and reattached. Very courteous, responsive, and professional.

A nightmare that has a happy ending! We arranged with a roofer to come seal a newly installed vent for our gas stove and repair the roof around it. The day came and no roofer, no return phone calls and rain!! It's 4pm on a Friday and water is pouring into my kitchen. Desperate doesn't begin to describe it. I found Roof Cat and called them. Morgan was very sympathetic to my situation and tried to figure out how to help me. Within minutes, he called me back. One of the roofers would be to me in under an hour. I was only expecting them to tarp the area until they could return to do the actual work. After seeing the problem, the guy realized he could get it all done then. If this is how they treat a new client with a small job in an emergency, this is the roofing company you should be calling. You and your needs come first with Roof Cat.

Before we knew about Roof Cat, we called up another company in the area with a major advertising presence to repair a leak around our chimney. That company stood us up twice. By chance, we saw a Roof Cat truck on the Bypass and gave them a call. The customer service was excellent, and a guy was at our house inspecting our roof before the end of the day. We got a detailed description of the work to be done and why it was necessary, and our roof was fixed within a couple of days. The work is clean, and we are very happy with the experience.

We experienced damage to our roof due to high winds. We contacted Roof Cat for the repairs and they were quick to respond. After repairing the damaged area they inspected the entire roof and repaired a few minor areas that I hadn’t noticed we’re damaged.
