Cancelled and no showed several times, wasting the vacation time I had used to be there for installation. When they finally did show up, they said my floor was uneven and could not install. Yet they were the ones who did the quote and contract. Horrible experience. I will never use them or Home Depot again.

They were great to deal with. This company always kept us up to date and was so nice to deal wit. Jeremy, our installer, and Benjamin, did a great job installing our floor and made sure the quality of the merchandise was at a good quality.

Eric Fields did my installation. He was very professional. He made sure he communicated everything he was doing and verified it was how I wanted it. Super nice guy, amazing work, great communication. I'd recommend him to anyone needing flooring installed. 10/10 would use Eric again for future projects!

This company was very helpful and easy to communicate with even before my floor installation. The installers were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I’m amazed at the high quality of their work!

The carpet install team of John, Roy and Willy were amazing. They were very timely and completed my project in 2 days instead of the quoted 3 days. They cleaned up as they installed and even took into consideration that we had small children that needed to get back into their bedrooms quickly. They were able to get rooms completed so we could get our house back each night for bedtime routine to stay the same. I will be using them again in the future for other carpet installation needs.

I got carpet put in my bedroom, my installers actually arrived about 1/2 an hour before earliest scheduled time (called first), they were very polite, performed their duty and cleaned everything up. I am very pleased with my overall experience.

The carpet installers were very professional. Called when they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. They were polite and friendly. I was more than appreciative of the patience they had with my 5 year old who likes to know how things work exactly. My carpet looked great and they cleaned up the mess!

Romanoff Renovations did an excellent job on my carpet installation. I was extremely satisfied with how it turned out! They were quick and efficient. I was so happy to get rid of my old carpet, which was here when we moved in. It was awful! They made my dining room and living room brand new again! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Romanoff Renovations. From start to finish, they were kind, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. I would 100% use their services again and refer them to friends.

Worst experience! Run people! Trust me on this. Read the 176 horrible reviews on Yelp ! That will show you and tell you everything you need to know. I wish I read them before I gave them our money. Not only did they install carpet incorrectly…they also …MADE SEVERE DAMAGES TO MY HOME ! Go over to Yelp and check out the reviews. I will prob have to get a lawyer to get anything done.I’m highly doubting the good reviews on here are legit.

They were on time, very efficient and very professional. Always kept me updated. After installation they cleaned and swept the areas. They were easy to work with and very pleasant.

I had carpet installed for my house. They did excellent job. They showed up on time and finished 10 different rooms, stairs, 3 hallways in one day, and they final job was very professional

We ordered a carpet that was special order and took longer to come in. We knew that but had to call Romanoff to schedule the install after initial contact .. scheduler said she was behind but would get me scheduled while on the phone. Appreciated the honesty and that she helped then and there. Just wonder if we could have had it sooner if we contacted them sooner. Install day, they were a little outside of their scheduled window (late) but called to notify. Install went smoothly and carpet looks great. Left no mess.

Great workers. Installed carpet in now time and cleaned up messes that they made. Will be getting them to do our three bedrooms and basement too.

They were contracted thru Home Depot. Had I read the horrible reviews of being no shows I would never have purchased thru Home Depot. I called Friday to confirm my install for Monday. It's Monday and they are no shows. Home Depot told me their installers were no shows for 4 jobs today including mine and they could not get a hold of them. Finally got a call back from Romanoff saying that my carpet would not be installed today or even this week for that matter. They could not give me a day at all. We had removed old carpet, padding and removed all furniture for this install only for them to be a no show. I would give them ZERO star rating if I could. Home Depot needs to go with another company especially with all of the bad reviews for being no shows.
