They didn’t notify us that they were coming. They didn’t knock on my door to ask to come to the balcony. The request to fix the roof of the balcony was put in last July, so we were not expecting them. The apartment is on the second floor. They put a ladder from the bottom floor up to the balcony and helped themselves up. I was awake and in my pajamas on my phone with my friend when I heard some noise on the balcony. I opened the curtain and saw two strange men in regular clothes on the balcony. I thought the apartment was being broken into. It put me into a panic attack. When I went outside and confronted the men they said the apartment should have let us know, they did not apologize, and they did not leave. I told them we weren’t expecting them and how I felt in a compromised position when I was in pajamas and went to look at the balcony and they were there, and all they replied with was “yeah” in a sarcastic manner with no concern to my upset. I sat in my car too anxious to go back inside until they left. Unprofessional and unacceptable is putting it nicely. I added a photo.

Edit: Let their response to this review show their true colors. Playing the victim and no apology. We weren't notified that you were coming the day prior either. Thanks to you I no longer feel safe in my own home. What a joke of a company.

Quality service and competitive pricing. Our roof was stripped and reroofed within 3 days. Good cleanup after project was finished.
