Bryan's Ace Hardware - Interlachen, FL

I like the fact that I don't have to go to a big city to shop. Ace is within 3 miles of my rural area. When spring comes they are very late in getting bedding plants and I have to shop elsewhere. Also it is very hard to use my coupons as there are too many exclusions. Other than that it is great. Very friendly staff.

I'm not quite 5 ft tall and was having a very hard time finding a weed wacker that didn't kill my back. I went there and a very nice young gentleman introduced me to a weed wacker that is shorter than me. I bought it. I love it! They are outstanding. Brian's Ace hardware has got it covered.

Sure disappointed I didn't take the chain off my chainsaw before I asked for it to be sharpened. The guy said he had to take it all apart to do that and it had safety issues so if he takes it apart he possibly couldn't put it back together. I just used it all morning. Some of us can't buy brand new,I bought it from an honest person on marketplace and it only needed a bubble to prime it. Very disappointed ☹️
Actually won't shop there anymore. Too bad people can't just do what u ask. Another business trying to make a sale is how I take that. Taking my business elsewhere

over the years spent alot of money there,but not another penny, I left my glasses at home was shopping for some light bulbs, I got a pair of readers off there rack so I could see got to the check out an paid for my bulbs habit I had put the readers in my shirt pocket I noticed the man standing (employee) there looking at me he never said nothing until I started walking out he made it like I was trying to steal a 3 dollar pair of readers . Just a habit to put in my shirt pocket was not stealing, forgot to put them back like I said habit to put in shirt pocket

I walked in and asked where something was. The lady who helped me knew exactly where it was on aisle 15. I was in and out in just a minute. I was appreciative of that. Their knowledge and they're quick checkout

They are really nice and helpful for ever project ur working on that's with just about every Bryan's Ace hardware I've been to in Putnam country

I received a birthday card from this store and I went into redeem it. The staff here has always been courteous to me and all the associates are very knowledgeable about all the items that they sell which is great because sometimes I don't really know about a part I need and when I leave I always get the right part and solve my problem at my house without going back to exchange it several times.

My son and I went to Brad's Ace Hardware to get some Plumbing pictures that he needed to fix some of the plumbing work at our home the customer service there was excellent the salesperson went out of his way to help us find what we needed and explain everything to us to help my son to fix the problem I would recommend Brian's Ace Hardware for all your plumbing needs

They have what I need and there is always someone right there to help you find whatever you're looking for.

Actually I come here to get my aquarium fish and get all the answers about my tank. I always speak to Rebecca about my aquarium. I also shop for my hardware needs and buy my pool chlorine here. Very friendly staff. Been a customer here for 23 years.

Beware of their fish!! We bought over $30 in fish, first one died within an hour now after 4 days all but 2 are dead. We asked Ace if they'd test out tank water as a courtesy but they refused. Stating they don't even test their tank water. DING,DING, is why the fish all died. I don't know about the live animals.

Bryan's Ace Hardware is never under staffed and there is always someone ready to help or find someone who can. Always pretty quick check out

Expensive propane but really nice people.
Visit #2 Bought more propane but employee failed to turn the tank back on to allow propane to reach pilot light. I had to figure it out for myself after almost taking a cold shower!

Don't take your daughter there after her fish dies and your looking to get her another one. They pick and choose what days they sell fish. Me and daughter went and got turned away by 4 workers . I recommend a actual pet store that sells them 7 days a week.

Nice crew, but very expensive compared to other places! If you want crickets there probably the one to go to, if you want tools or feed might want to rethink

Prices always be kinda ridiculous at ACE but it's true. They are the HELPFUL HARDWARE PLACE! They know what they're selling.

For neighborhood hardware stores these places are so cool. They have , it seems like everything. And a pet section in the Interlachen fl store they have fish. They employees are very helpful and attentive. They have a good knowledge of the inventory. Ready to help and advise. They have a rewards card to.

I went to ace hardware to.get a spool of weedeater string for my work weedeater but they did not have them that the only place that had them was Home Depot.
I told the clerk that she had broke my heart cause i had told everybody that Ace is the place, but not today...

Staff is always very helpful and professional. Always great prices for quality items. I love their little garden center as well. Definitely recommend.

A little pricey on their stuff, but will save you a trip to Gainesville or Palatka if you live around here. Staff is always super helpful, and most are knowledgeable. I wish they had a larger store so they could keep lumber inside, out of the weather. As it is, they can only stock mostly treated wood because of the lack of indoor storage, but if you have patience they can order whatever you need and even deliver to you.

The garden department is looking better than I have seen in a long time....nice improvement! STAFF is great and very helpful !!
