Rolwes Company at The Highlands

03/19/24: Take note of everything you are promised, the cost, timelines, and anything else you can think of. We built with Rolwes in another subdivision and were left with a mess. Once we signed the closing paperwork, Rolwes washed their hands of a lot of responsibilities by waiving the warranty that is owned by Rowles (not an unbias third party). They do not take responsibility for any issues and if they do, it's fixed poorly. Our front steps coming into the house started to sink as the house settled, but instead of having a reliable company they sent out to provide them a quote on the repair, they had one of their guys come to add expanding foam under a portion of the steps. They continue to sink and separate from the porch, but now there is nothing they will do because we are outside of that 10-month window. Then when we had the 10-month walk-through for drywall repairs, they left us with a bigger mess than we started with (pictures show AFTER they did their touch-ups). This is a sliver of the issues we had during our experience with Rolwes and we aren't the only ones in our subdivision.
