I love Juan. I have used him with several of my homes. He has never increased his pricing. I always trust him. He shows up when he supposed to be there. He takes 20-30 minutes, of course depending on the house size. We recently moved to West Paces ferry and he was respectful enough to let me know of the charge before hand. Very professional doesn’t waste your time and his pricing is incredible

Best Roofer and Gutter service available!!! Came out and tarped my roof after a bad leak! Also recommended a metal section of roof where the leak occurred due to its flatness so a leak would never occur there again! Other companies missed this! Also replaced my entire roof in one day and most importantly cleaned up the mess unlike most contractors! Installed our gutters after the painters came in one afternoon as well!! Mr. Rojas is the real deal and he is very kind. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I’ve been using Juan to clean my gutters for 20+ years. He was referred to me by a neighbor. He’s reasonably priced and does really good work, plus he’s kind and polite and easy to work with. He’s also done some repair work for us.

For many years- at least seven- I have relied on Rojas Gutter and Roof to clean my gutters. Juan Munoz, is absolutely the most reliable, responsive person. He shows up when he says he will. In addition to cleaning gutters, he actually put the gutters on our house. And he’s made repairs to our soffits, and patched our roof after a large branch fell stabbing our roof.
Excellent service by a trustworthy team!

I have been using Rojas gutter cleaning and roof repair for 10+ years both at my personal residence and for my property management business/real estate clients. He always does a great job, and his rates are more than fair. I would highly recommend him for gutter, cleaning, new gutters, roof, repairs, chimney, caps, and new roofs.
