I can’t say enough good things about this company and Brooke, who helped me during a recent emergency. ROI installed a roof for me a couple of years back, I had an issue with a leaking ceiling during a big storm. They had someone out with 24 hours, found the issue, fixed and completed interior repairs for me
and didn’t charge me a thing! Now that’s what I call customer service!
They went above and beyond for me and in this current culture and climate , it means a lot!
I have recommended this company to multiple people and will continue to do so. Great company, good people.

My experience with ROI Construction has been deeply frustrating from start to finish, and I can no longer stay silent.

From the very beginning, communication was disorganized and unprofessional. I was told my project would begin within six weeks—but it took over ten weeks to start. During that delay, I was left in the dark with zero proactive communication from project management. Reaching someone on the phone was nearly impossible, and my messages routinely went unanswered.

When work finally began, the crew on-site was respectful and courteous. Unfortunately, they were sent without all the necessary parts and had to leave mid-job and return hours later, turning a straightforward 3-hour job into a full-day. This was yet another example of poor internal coordination.

Then came the billing issues. I initially left a review expressing my dissatisfaction. To their credit, ROI's manager called, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and offered a $200 discount, which I accepted in good faith. I removed my review hoping they were taking steps to improve.

But weeks later, I received a call and email from ROI stating my initial down payment was never processed and that I now owed the down payment amount again. I immediately contacted my bank and confirmed the payment had been processed and cleared. I sent ROI:

Their own confirmation email from the day the payment went through. Despite this, ROI sent a second email claiming I hadn’t paid. I sent another official receipt from my bank—and I’m now waiting for them to acknowledge what is clearly an internal accounting error on their end.

At this point, what started as a poorly managed project has become extremely frustrating and time consuming.

ROI Construction’s internal breakdowns in communication, billing, and customer service are unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want your project handled professionally and without unnecessary stress.

Roi came out to replace my roof years ago and still looks great. Recent storm damaged a small section of the roof and ROI came out free of charge to fix it. Great service would definitely use again.

Had a great experience working with ROI. They were recommended by a friend and very glad we went with them. Very professional and thorough from the initial sales call all the way through the final inspection. They did a great job cleaning up the work site. I'm so excited about the solar panels that ROI installed! The crew was really nice and answered all my questions. The follow up has been great, too. Angelica worked through an issue related to my meter cap with Pepco and kept me posted. Josh called me and gave me updates. They related my cell inverter (?) when it wasn't sending signals properly. They had to install a new electric panel in my house, and to my surprise and delight, they re-did the dry wall and painted it. It looks better than before, to be honest. The painter even went out and bought an extra can of paint because my old one was all dried up. I was floored. And my panels are working just in time for summer and high A/C use!

ROI really made a great move when they put Angelica on my case. It took longer than normal to get the permission to operate from Pepco, and Angelica gave me lots of updates which I really appreciated because it made it feel like we were on top of things and that we were slowly but surely making progress. And she was always very friendly and helpful.

I live in the metro area and recently had my roof replaced and solar panels installed. ROI is top notch. The roofing guy were very polite nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job Ellen’s job. I’m ver happy with the work. And the solar panels installed guys explained to me how the system will work. Just had ROI Construction come out to give us a quote and we ended up choosing them. First of all, the company was very responsive and quick to respond when we had initially reached out. Second, Mike D. was very professional, understanding and helpful in helping us figure out what door we should get. I enjoyed the brief he gave (pictures and all) and the transparency over price. I like the fact that we were able to customize the door to better suit our needs, which justified the quote we received. All in all, I will definitely be using the company again once I begin working on my other property. They are making the daunting process of home makeovers appear easy.

While I appreciate the company's attempt to rectify initial issues, our overall experience with this solar installation was unfortunately very unprofessional.

The initial installation team demonstrated a lack of respect for our property, damaging plants, leaving debris (including an orange cone), and inappropriately using our private bathroom despite a readily available public restroom on the premises.

Following my initial negative review, the company offered a Home Depot gift card as compensation, which wasn't particularly useful to us. They also offered to address some unrelated roof repairs they noticed, but I questioned why these weren't addressed during the original solar installation.

Scheduling follow-up work proved equally frustrating. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, but the crew arrived a day early on Tuesday without prior communication. While I appreciated them attempting to complete the work ahead of schedule, they left the roof partially finished overnight, exposed to potential weather damage.

Furthermore, the crew damaged another plant box during the Tuesday work and continued noisy work – including banging on the roof – until 8:30 PM on Wednesday, violating DC noise ordinances that typically require work to conclude by 7:30 PM. This put us at risk of a city violation.

Throughout the entire process, communication was poor and the lack of consideration for our property and local regulations was deeply concerning. While I appreciate the attempt to make things right, the experience was ultimately not ideal and left us feeling very dissatisfied.

ROI Solar is a fantastic company to work with - they replaced a garage roof and put solar systems on both my garage and my house. Last month I actually produced more than I bought! Very professional company that led us through the process, so even if you know very little about solar, they navigate it for you. Design, Installation, permitting, authority to connect, financing, software, and RECs - they helped with all of it. The Installation team was friendly, professional, and quick. I contracted with ROI in July to have casement windows installed (Dustin Marsh, salesperson). The installation went quickly and smoothly in October. I did have a small problem recently with one window. Ron Wray was very responsive and had the problem fixed within hours of contacting him.

He and the team worked with me to iron out details for integrations with my neighbors' roofs at the demising wall parapets between our townhouses. ROI Construction has done a number of fantastic roofing and siding projects for us. Cody and ROI are our go to company for all of our roofing and siding. On one project, there was a problem with the adhesive on the shingles that WE specified. Some of the shingles didn't lay flat, and ROI came out and replaced the entire roof for us, no questions asked. That's service! You won't go wrong if you hire ROI.

After a LOT of internet research and "vetting" several other companies, our choice to go with ROI was based on their experience, references, pricing. and their willingness to accomodate our particular family's needs.

Our experience with ROI Construction was for a large project--a total roof removal and replacement, chimney brick+cap repair and new soffits, faschia, and gutters. The house, more than 100 years old, is 3 stories tall and has steep-pitched roofing. With the original 1910 roofing and all the following years of shingles added on (five layers!), it was long overdue.

From CONTACT/SALES and NEGOTIATIONS (Thank you, Cody) to TIMELY COMMUNICATIONS and SCHEDULING (Thank you again, Jordan) to FINAL INSPECTIONS by their site manager (Jose, thank you for listening), there was no stress. P.S. A special “shout-out” goes to Diego for his problem solving, siding repairs, and the chimney work, but, we were very impressed with every person on the ROI Crew, not only with their efficiency and their excellent work, but with their "people skills".

Had the complication of having solar panels on the existing roof. But ROI came through in taking the panels down, installing the new roof and putting the panels back on. There was some minor issues with the wireless communication upgrade and one strip wasn't connected properly. But ROI took care of those immediately.

Mine was a small project repairing some damaged siding. ROI did a great job and were friendly, professional, and timely. When it comes time to replace all my siding, I know who I’ll call. Thanks Jordan!

Windows and siding replacement process from estimates to scheduling to installation was well done. Installation quality was top notch including cleanup. The triple pane windows look and work so much better than the originals. Punch list item follow-up was thorough and timely. I plan to use ROI for my roofing replacement given my experience!

We recently hired the ROI team to address leaks that had developed on our 14 yr old roof. Cody came out and inspected the roof and explained that the shingles were still in good shape, but the workmanship had failed. He recommended that we contact our original roofer to see if they could do anything for us, but unfortunately the warranty for workmanship was only for five years, which brought us right back to ROI. Cody explained that ROI’s warranty is for 15 years but in order to honor it they could not patch into the previous roofer’s work, which seemed reasonable to us, so we made the hard decision to have ROI do a full replacement on the back slopes of our home. Not ideal, however the 15 year peace of mind sold us. At the time of signing the contract ROI was three weeks out from starting our project, but within a few days Jordan called to ask if they could start sooner because they knew that we had active leaks. Yes, please! Cody and Jordan were both a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job of communicating with us each step of the process. And last but certainly not least, the crew showed up on time and completed the work in one day and left the job site clean and tidy. Then we waited for rain which did not come for several weeks, but now we can finally report that we no longer have leaks! We are happy customers!

ROI expertly and smoothly installed a skylight on my very high and sloped roof. However the skylight had a manufacturing defect. Jordan Saenz insured that the manufacturer stood by its warranty. Jordan kept me informed and was always pleasant. Last week, Oscar and his team came out a second time. They removed the defective skylight and installed a new one, again, expertly and smoothly. Like Jordan, Oscar was professional and pleasant. Standing by its work, its good work/expertise, and its really good employees makes ROI a company to use.

I got siding done with ROI Construction. Through the whole process from project cost to getting the siding completed, Justin at ROI was really on top of my project. My estimate was done in September 2022, the job was completed May 2023. The cost did not change, and ROI was patient with me gathering HOA approvals and etc. Communication, customer service and quality of work was amazing. Their install team were professional and kept me posted throughout the install. While I received multiple pictures and communication from Jordan, PM with ROI on the install status. Everything from start to finish was great for me. I recommend ROI to anyone looking for siding. From my experience, ROI has a fantastic team I can say anyone you work with will have a good outcome.

ROI Construction has been great. We first used them back in winter 2021 to replace our roof and gutters. They were very honest giving us an estimate to repair our roof or replace it. They didn't pressure us and gave us a great price. We decided to replace the roof and gutters because that's what we wanted. They were fast and did great work. We then this past spring started to get quotes for replacing our siding, paint the brick and replace the front door. They answered all of our questions and helped us customize our front door. Their quote was very reasonable. They did the job quickly and everything looked great! They kept us updated and sent pictures of the work. They also cleaned up adter the jobs were done. They had alot of options to choose from. We will definitely use them again!

I contacted ROI after noticing damage to my roof, reaching out via Instagram to the owner Dom! I was shocked the owner would go out of his way and personally set me up with their office. I was promptly sent to their website by their office director Sammi. The website was great and had videos that perfectly laid out all the steps/processes that I would undergo. I was contacted the next day by both Cody and Justin who inspected my roof and got me set up for the replacement. The project manager Jordan was amazing in cordnating all the times, dates, and accommodating my wife's and I crazy schedule.
