Great company. They have done work for me twice. Derek Chase is absolutely wonderful. Will be using this company again.

Service was prompt, professional, completed as required and service personnel were focused on the details of work to be done. They prepared the worksite and cleaned up adter the job was done. I felt very comfortable with them, as I have with past interactions and work done at my home.

Charles and the team at Chase were incredibly helpful from beginning to end. As first-time owners, they walked us through the whole process and even gave us advice on how to deal with our HOA. The end result is a beautiful new roof, high quality siding and some other improvements to shore up the house. We’re very happy with Chase and will definitely be using them again for future home improvement projects.

We hired Chase remodeling for a roof replacement. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional, and the cost was reasonable, and affordable. They did a wonderful job, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We would use them again for any other projects that need to be done.

We have been using Chase Remodeling for 6 years now. They did a driveway with a nice french drain, couple of bathrooms, and we are looking to do a kitchen expansion. But I gotta say the deck they did was the bomb.

Most of the houses in the neighborhood have the same deck off the master bedroom. With no access to the backyard or first floor it makes them less than useless. We worked with Bob Chase and came up with a cool multilevel design that makes it accessible to the back yard. Now we use it all the time - and the dogs love it.

These guys are good. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough - and no surprises.

We used Chase Remodeling to add a small addition into our side yard. From sales through build to warranty attention each team member provided responsive support. The showroom is a little small but having one allowed us to review samples and get in-depth discussion and review. The build went quickly once permits and rain allowed everything to get started and the flashing was resealed when a water leak happened against the original exterior wall. I recommend them.

Chase did an excellent job estimating the task, breaking down my previous car port, hauling out the debris. They rebuilt the carport as planned and created an extended driveway. They kept the environment clean so at the end of each work day we didn't have to worry about dirt or debris in the driveway or surrounding area. When we decided to upgrade our gutter and gutter cover I called Chase Remodeling. We had used Chase Remodeling in the past and had a good experience, so we decided to use them again. Chase Remodeling has great communications and kept in touch with me through out the process. I had an unusual request for them to create three down spouts to fit my rain barrels and they came up with a perfect solution! Not only did they create and install the down spouts, they followed up with me to complete the project when the last rain barrel arrived. I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

In late June, installed 11 new, energy efficient, double-hung and slider windows; and replaced 4 slider window screens on the first level of my home. Within a month and a few days after signing the contract, the new windows were installed in one day and the new screens were installed the following day. The installers did an "OUTSTANDING JOB" on both projects. Chase Remodeling (Insulators Home Exteriors, Inc.) has been my trusted, primary home improvement contractor for over 25 years. Their professionalism, excellent quality of workmanship, and exceptional customer service fully aligns with what is expected from a trusted and reputable home improvement contractor.

We had our whole house capped in 2002 by this company when it was called Insulators of Maryland Inc. The trim still looks great!
Only the bottom of one edge of our garage frame trim wore away and Chase Remodeling is going to replace it under their warranty. In order so it matches, they plan to replace the capping on the whole garage frame. We are so pleased with their excellent customer service!! Thank you Chase Remodeling!

I contracted with Chase Remodeling on 3/20/2024 to tile a bathroom floor and shower. I paid a $3,214 deposit and work was to be started in approximately 3-5 weeks and completed in approximately 4-7 days. After attempting several times in April to get someone to contact me about when work could start, six weeks lapsed with week seven commencing on Monday 4/29/2024 and no call or written communication to plan/schedule the tile work. I had to go to Chases place of business and spoke to the owner on Friday morning 4/26/2024 to request the contract to be terminated and have a refund provided. I was told 3 businesses days or less would be needed to make a decision. I received an email on the morning of 4/30/2024 with a picture of a letter and refund check to inform me that the refund was being mailed that day. The letter stated: "We are sorry that Chase Remodeling could not be of service to you and *your family. We have cancelled your contract and returned your deposit. If you should need our services in the future, please do not hesitate to call our offices." I am disappointed in the apathetic response and received no genuine apology or consideration for not meeting the period of performance within a reasonable period of time. Absolutely a frustrating experience.

We had Chase Remodeling replace all our windows one year followed by a full kitchen remodel the next year. Bob and his teams were efficient, friendly, very responsive to our wishes and did a fantastic job on both projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, Derek and Bob on remodeling my kitchen. My wife and I had been planning this the past few years and we are overwhelmed with how it turned out! We plan to get new siding spring next year and I know exactly who we will be calling.

Chase remodeling came out and did all new Windows at my house. not only where they very professional and everything turned out great but they went above and beyond has a pice of soffit that was coming down they went up and did the repair without even asking.

Chase remodeling removed the back portion of the upper level of my house and built a shed dormer that extended my use-able space so that I could have a new bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area, and relocated utility room. Bob Chase provided the estimate and details of the work and I was very pleased with the crew, workmanship, and responsiveness throughout the process. Any problems that arose during the project, Bob corrected. I lived in my house during this renovation project and this company was very respectful. I strongly recommend this company and plan to bring them back for another project later in the year.

The estimator who came to my home to inspect my roof was very knowledgeable about home and roofing materials and was very helpful. He explained everything in layman's terms that were easy to understand. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business as there customer service is extremely good.

I called about three year ago to get a quote for some roofing work. One of their roofers came out and said he would get back to me with a quote after assessing our issues. I never heard back from him so i called their office several times and the sales/roofers cell number he gave me, and still never received an answer or a call back over the course of 3 months filling the initial appointment. So i called and asked to speak to an owner or manager. I got Bob. I told him i wasn’t able to get in touch with his employee who was to be providing me with a quote. He said that maybe i was the problem and that perhaps his employee wasn’t calling me back because i was bothering him by following up. Turns out, the sales rep/roofer had quit his job. Bob never mention d this or offered to step in and try to send a new person out to provide me with a proposal. Guess he didn’t want the work. So we went with American custom contractors who replaced our roof on our 9,000 sq ft home. We are having them do another one of our homes now and i will be putting them on my preferred vendor list as a contractor for my rental properties. I will never use Insulator Home Exteriors after this incident.

We are so happy with our bathroom remodel in Gaithersburg. Bob and his team were fantastic from the first estimate through the final renovation. What impressed my wife and I the most was the attention to detail on the tile throughout the bathroom. It looks fantastic and we absolutely love it. Would highly recommend Insulators Home exteriors for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling project in Montgomery or Howard County. Our bathroom was just refinished and we already hired them to work on another home improvement project. Highly recommend their work!!!

This spring we had all the doors and windows replace in our home in Columbia, MD. The team of installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. All the work was completed in one day. They were very clean as they did the install. The only evidence that I had major construction done to my house was the fact that I had new windows and doors.
