Friendly people, if you get parts here, they will be the right part and usually they have it instock or they can order it in a day or 2. Not only that, if you had trouble installing the part they will try to help with getting you a diagram or something. I've bought light fixtures, ac parts, and more. Each time, it was great service. 10/10 would recommend getting parts here

Had a problem with my fridge while traveling to CO. Checked a few places listed here and this one had great reviews so decided to stop here. Everything people say is 100% true. Great service, great people, very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Good place to get parts. They stay backed up to get your RV worked on so that must be a good thing.

This shop has the nicest group of people, and they are so knowledgeable. We stopped by just a couple of hours after purchasing our rig with a ton of questions and issues. They were helpful, worked on our rig in the parking lot for a few hours (even past closing time), and were so helpful in their suggestions and troubleshooting. They definitely went above and beyond and we are so grateful.

Very friendly staff here, I came in to check out the inventory and inquire about a current job listing and was welcomed by all staff I encountered and everyone was more than willing to answer all of my questions regarding the ideal sized weight and length trailer to suit my truck type. Lots of bargains to be found if you don't mind searching. The store is a bit of a mess, but that's a small price to pay for.... Well.... The small prices you pay.

Outstanding RV supply store!!! We just had our first RV "outfitted" by Roetzel, their prices are so competitive and provide outstanding customer service. They answered all our questions and explained each and every purchase. They never try to up sell and provide you with all the needed items. I would highly recommend.

I deleted all my past reviews and have since started again. I had work on my camper done here, these guys are great and know their stuff. They even came to my house for a follow up repair. Many parts and supplies are available at this location for most needs. Need propane??? They can fill at this location. Close to the highway for people passing thru and easy turnaround.

We have had fifth wheels worked on with quality timely service. And they stock tons of parts. Ac units and all that. They have even fixed a roof for me in the past.

Just recently bought a 30x40x12 garage from them and it was by far the easiest thing to have done. Quick and easy and the building looks great.

Good people. Excellent service. The only place I've ever been where I got an estimate for work on my camper and they charged me $400 under the estimate. Said the repair didn't take as long as anticipated. If they have the part you need they can get it. 9 times out of 10 they've had what I needed.

Another good trip. Did the work on my unit and everyone was friendly and helpful through out the time there.
