Chris installed new gutters and downspouts for my home in Loveland. He provided me a fair quote and did a great job with the installation. His quote was certainly more affordable than others around the area. Chris was always professional and responsive during the entire process. I will certainly recommend Chris to family and friends.

Chris C of RockyTop Total Roofing, LLC came out to quote repairing 17 chipped and broken tiles on my roof. Estimate seemed fair. In line with other quotes. He looked for weeks to find the tiles he needed. We weren’t on a time schedule so we appreciated him trying to find the closest match to our 18 year old roof. He found a tile boneyard in Denver that had tiles that matched pretty close. He’s very responsive and kept us informed of his progress. He sent plenty of pictures of our broken tiles on the roof and also pictures after he replaced them. He also remounted a gutter that was sagging. Would highly recommend

I called three different folks to get someone to help me with a gutter that was dumping water into my window well and causing major flooding in my basement. More storms were coming and I was beside myself with what to do. No one could come except Chris! He got right to me, and was there in a few hours and not only assessed the situation but fixed it! He also recommended at a later date, installing some screens to keep my gutters from clogging. It was a lot cheaper than the Big Guys wanting to sell you upwards in the thousands and much more efficient.
So Yesterday, Chris completed installing the screens and I am so pleased with how everything turned out. Chris was so easy to work with and returned texts in a timely fashion and also took pictures of everything he did. I found him to be a breath of fresh air in a world that feels less and less user friendly.

I called several contractors to get a bid on replacing gutters on my home that I was remodeling and Chris was the one I chose. He was quick to respond and knowledgeable. Chris came out and replaced all our gutters and downspouts. He was prompt and professional. He gave me detailed explanations, along with photos, of conditions that had caused problems and how he would keep the issues from happening again. He was also able to remove and reinstall our Leaf Filter gutter protection over the new gutters. That was a big plus! A couple of minor issues popped up after heavy rain, and Chris came out and fixed them quickly. I am very happy with the work Chris did.

I contracted Chris to install gutters on our house in N. Phoenix. He showed up on time, gave me a very reasonable quote, demanded zero dollars up front, acquired all the materials, showed up on time for the job (On a Sunday), performed the work at a high quality level and was flexible on payment (I was out and wanted to inspect the job a few hours after he left). These all seem like basic qualifications in a contactor but anyone that understands this industry realizes it is rare to get a job done timely, within budget. Highly recommend Chris for roofing jobs.

I needed to solve a problem, left by the group that installed my roof several years ago, where water was not flowing into the gutters, but falling off the side of the house and damaging the siding. Chris added a piece of flashing (that should have been there all along), so the water would re-route to the gutters. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

They removed the old corrugated roof and installed new roof on my deck. They were very professional and didn't waste time. showed up on time. I would recommend them and will use them again if I need any more repairs.
