I own and operate an Audio-Video company and have worked with Tyler on several projects, which has always been a pleasure. He is responsive, honest, and hard-working. I have had such a good experience working with him that I hired him to help me flip and remodel my home before selling it. Everything was on budget and was able to sell my home quickly after his quality work.

We are very happy with the whole process of our renovation with Tyler.
It is hard to list everything we are happy with, so here are the top 5 things about him.

We had a very tight schedule to get our project done. We had to contact him (also several others) in mid December, and had to be done by January 9th. Everybody I contacted said it would be very tight schedule but they would try. Tyler had a clear plan more than others. He is not a suck up saying things we wanted to hear to get our business, but instead explained to help us understand why it may cost more or take more time, but with the solution. He got done exactly what we needed in time. The result of the work was even better than what we expected. We will definitely recommend him to anybody, and we will go with him with any other project we may have in the future.

Amazing work! This was the first time working with a contractor where communication was on point. From the beginning I knew what to expect and I got the bathroom remodel I was looking for in the end. He worked through problems with a professional positive attitude and I felt confident in his work through the entire project. I felt that he respected my choices and I never felt pressured to do something. I for sure will work with Tyler on future projects and have already recommended him to my family and friends.

Tyler built out our 2,400 sf basement. The quality of the work is superior. Tyler gives incredible attention to detail and insists on all the work of subcontractors being excellent before it is accepted. He communicated well with us at every step, brought us samples and swatches and made decisions easy for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Rocky Mtn Remodel (Tyler) to anyone for a bathroom remodel, basement buildout, or any other speciality project.

About 2 years ago, we had a flood in our bathroom. We had it remodeled, and the contractor we used at the time screwed up. So much so that our shower was leaking water down into our kitchen right before summer started. We had to completely redo our shower for the second time in 2 years.

We found Tyler through a neighbor. They said the work he did for them was excellent, but that was an understatement.

Tyler took the time to show us the problems in our shower and showed us where the previous contractor screwed up. He then explained in great detail the proper way to build in the walk-in shower so it doesn't leak water.

The best part is, is that Tyler was here doing a lot of the work himself. He was honest and transparent about the entire process. The tile work is beautiful, and the finish is a million times better than what we had before.

Tyler will be the contractor we use going forward for all of our projects. I truly can't recommend him and Rocky Mtn Remodel enough.

We consider it a miracle that we found Tyler and Rocky Mountain Remodel. Our bathrooms were in desperate need of an upgrade and Tyler and his team did a fantastic job. We are obsessed with how our bathrooms turned out. Working with Tyler has been amazing. He was very detailed and transparent during the bidding process. During the remodel, he texted every single day letting us know when he or his team would arrive. They made a point to clean up after themselves every day, and were always careful in protecting our carpet and floors during the process. He was always extremely responsive to texts. He even identified other random things in our house that needed fixed or improving and fixed them free of charge. We can’t say enough good things. We are customers for life and will use Rocky Mountain Remodel for all of our future house projects.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Tyler's professionalism, great communication, and attention to detail. Tyler was always punctual, arriving on time each day and working to ensure that everything was completed on schedule.

They were also incredibly respectful of my house, always taking care to minimize any disruption and keeping the work area clean. The finished bathrooms look amazing, and I would highly recommend working with them.

Tyler and his team completely remodeled our main floor and we just recently put our house under contract after only five days of having it on the market as a direct result. It shined above all the other comps.
His management skills and communication are top-notch and you won’t be disappointed. We’d use them again in a minute.

I needed an 80 year old bathroom remodeled. I did the demo and hired a plumber to redo the ancient cast iron drains. Actually the complete house sewer system was replace prior to the remodel. Rocky Mtn remodel came out and gave a reasonable quote for what I wanted done. At this point I wanted one company to complete the whole project. Ceramic shower and tub install, sink, floor, ceiling fan. Not a lot of contractors do the complete work. Not to say Tyler did not hire a super Tile subcontractor. But it was his sub. Not me going out to find one. After reviewing the contract and price, work started. This is a vacant house so I was not in a super hurry to get the job completed. Something people should always work out with a contractor. Great work, I am super happy, the price while pricey, was very reasonable. Everything is expensive these days. Rocky Mtn Remodeling quote was extremely well priced. I did the painting which saved, a bit, on his quote. Would rehire and perform another project with Tyler. Pictures show old bathroom, gutted bathroom with new drains, new bathroom. I am not the best picture taker. But, the new bathroom is small, bright and extremely functional. Check out the ceramic detail around the window. As with all contractors, everything needs to be written and priced. Which was not an issue here.

Love Rocky Mtn Remodel! I really can't say enough - look no further. These are Idaho boys (men), and sometimes that feels like it's all that needs to be said. They can do so much more than bathroom remodel, they basically overhauled our whole house. They are honest, hardworking, keep their commitments and make sure they hire subs who will do the same. If there happens to be a sub not living up to the quality you would expect...you actually don't need to say a word because most of the time Tyler has caught the issue and already called them to come back in. I love that I know I can trust them. Tyler and Ben are a great duo! Tyler has a great design eye and as an added bonus his wife Cambria is an interior designer who is also very talented and worked on our job. They are all good, quality people who work to make your experience as easy as it can despite the stress or overwhelm that can come with remodeling. Quality of work is their top priority! They would never do shotty work to pocket the extra money for promised quality parts or products that were never supplied. Tyler is a great communicator and shows up when he says he will, or communicates any change needed. I trusted them to work even when I wasn't home, they became like family and we all actually missed seeing them when they were gone. Haha. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Owner Tyler and his team were professional, transparent, and honest from the beginning bid process all the way through the final punch list inspection and payment. We had them do extensive interior kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living areas remodeling on our 29 year-old home in Orem. They did design and finishes selection help, demo, electrical, plumbing, framing/sheet rocking/patching, installation, paint, custom finishes like tile floors/countertops/backsplash/vanities/tubs/showers. We love our remodeled home and are so glad we went with Rocky Mountain after meeting with and receiving bids from several other contractors! They know reputation is everything and act like it throughout the process to ensure the client’s satisfaction is met.

Tyler is great to work with. When preparing for a remodel he was the only contractor to give me a detailed itemized bid so that we knew exactly what we were paying for up front and no 'surprises'. The project went to plan and came in at budget. Tyler's craftsmanship is top notch and he always left the workspace clean at the end of the day making the remodel livable while the project was underway.
