We needed repairs done to our last home as we were selling it. The inspector called out some storm damage that I hadn't fixed. Todd and Alex took care of estimates and dealt with the insurance adjuster directly and got all the work done before closing! I've also used them in the past, and I appreciate how they go above and beyond and are always professional.

Over the last 10-years Todd Brown has replaced a total of 10-roofs for us due to hail storm damage on both our primary residence and our 3-rental single family homes. We could not be more satisfied with his workmanship & that of his crew, his honesty, professionalism, knowledge and speed in which he gets the job done. In 2016 I used a different local roofing company to replace my elderly Mom's roof. After having a very bad experience in 2016 from this other company, I used Rocky Mountain Roofing for the August 2019 catastrophic hail storm. I was extremely pleased with Rocky Mountain roofing. My home was located 25 miles east of Billings. Alex , Rocky Mt Roofing estimator, made different trips to my home in order to meeting with two different insurance claims personnel. His knowledge and expertise allowed me to get a new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, siding, and garage doors. After the August 2019 hail storm, Rocky Mountain Roofing was able to complete all of the work by November 2019. Their work was impeccable and timely. It has always been difficult to find a business that is willing to travel outside Billings, but Rocky Mt Roofing is willing to work outside Billings. It is extremely stressful dealing with an insurance company. Alex and Rocky Mountain Roofing took on that stress for me. I would highly recommend Todd Brown and Rocky Mountain roofing!!!

For 1 1/2 years, Todd Brown/Rocky Mountain Roofing promised to replace our windows and siding; post hailstorm....insurance company gave us 1 year and then another 1 year extension. Todd didn't do the work by the deadline, so the insurance company walked away. Todd replaced our shingles but tried to replace our synthetic underlayment with tar paper; didn't install the ice shield required by city code until he was challenged. Had to replace our shingles, due to hail 3 years later, skylights were only caulked down; NO nails ......recommend you hire a roofer with integrity

Thirty years ago when our house was first built, the owner of this company did a fantastic job on that roof. I’ve been looking for him since 2013. Our roof was completed today. I thoroughly inspected it: quality craftsmanship. The crew were fast and neat. The cleanup? Well, I couldn’t tell that they were here.
