Once I told him that we wanted to have the gutters installed. He set me appointment quickly. The installers came out two days later. Installed the gutters and added splash guards. Then walked the whole project to make sure we were satisfied before they left. I Zelle the payment. Finished! Quick and easy. I recently had the pleasure of working with the owners of Rockwall Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Upon an initial gound survey of my roof, I feared I might need new boots around 5 of my pipes . However, Johnny was able walk the roof and after sharing photos with me, he determined I only needed to have the pipes resealed. After leaving two large jobs in Carrollton and driving an hour to my residence in traffic, Johnny refused to charge me for his time and expertise. I'm so grateful that Johnny and Rockwall Roofing & Gutters are an honest business. I had two small leaks in my gutters. I noticed the leak by seeing a large puddle of water building up under the gutter during our recent storms. I requested a quote through their website on Friday night, they responded back by Sunday, and came out on Monday to inspect it.

It turns out that a section of the sealant came loose and the downspout on the side was clogged. Jonny was able to clear the clog and replace the sealant so quick that he did it free of charge.

I'm shocked and grateful for an honest business. He could had tried to sell me on replacing and repairing the gutters, but decided to help me instead.

It looks like I'll be a customer for life whenever I have issues with my roof or gutters!

Rockwall Roofing was a Godsend!!!!

The recent windstorm (more like tornado) caused all kinds of damage to our home: blown out windows; demolished fence; broken fascia and trim boards; roof shingles thrown about everywhere; not to mention it totaled one of our cars.

Worse than the storm was trying to find a contractor(s) who knew what they were doing at an affordable price.

Seriously, after contacting and attempting to get something started with three different contractors—it was disappointment, after disappointment, after disappointment.

Not only did each contractor have crazy pricing, they each had extremely poor communication and couldn’t even make the initial meet on time. All three were quickly fired.

Then we came across Rockwall Roofing. We first met with Johnny (owner of Rockwall Roofing) and explained what needed to be done all in about 15 minutes, or so. Two, maybe three hours later, he sent over his invoice.

Rockwall Roofing’s pricing was super reasonable! Within a few days after accepting his quote, Johnny and his team were out here doing their thing. Everyone was professional, on time, friendly and most importantly, knew their business.

I contacted Johhny a few months ago for gutter guards. He came out immediately and gave me a fair price, then he personally installed them. When the huge hail storm hit this summer I called him, and again he came out immediately. We've had gutters on our 'to-do' list ever since we moved in a couple years ago. We needed new gutters all the way around our house, as well as replacement fascia and soffit in several places where the previous owners had let it rot out.

We got quotes from several companies and Johnny had the best solutions and pricing so we went with him. Plus, he's a really personable easy-to-work-with guy.

From the time we decided to get work done to completion was one week and two days, so we got really great quality work done quickly. If we ever have roofing work that needs to be done in the future, they'll definitely be our first stop.

I was totally impressed with the detailed photos and video of my roof and explanation of the damage that needed to be repaired, along with upgrades from worn plastic fixtures to metal. I called and left a message with a brief description of my problem. John called back in a few minutes to tell me that he could have someone out for a free inspection in a couple of hours. I was informed of the repair persons arrival and given my free estimate. I agreed with the price and the repairs were quickly done. After calling about 15 24/7 pest and rodent control companies, someone got me in touch with Rockwall Roofing, They came out and helped me with my problem. They have earned my trust in the future. It is a stress-free feeling knowing there is a company you can rely on.

Rockwall Roofing initially came to the house on very short notice, and replace a few shingles that had blown off the night before. This was urgent in that rain was predicted for the following day. They were very competitively priced with two other companies. Once they were awarded the job, they were at work the following day at 7:00 am, and completed the job (including clean up) before 2:30 pm. The job looks perfect and I am very pleased with results.
