G&G replaced our roof September 2023. G&G uses only premium roofing materials which was important to us. We were very happy with the quality of their work. Kevin is knowledgeable and super nice to work with. He was very helpful guiding our decisions about the roof, gutters, and heat tape. G&G also installed new heat tape and repaired a leaking gutter. Price came in exactly as quoted. Highly recommend G&G Roofing if you need a re-roof, repair, or heat tape.

G&G Roofing replaced our roof last July. Our's is a very large roof very high of the ground with many different pitches and valleys. The team that came in was tremendous and efficient. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and safety. The workers were harnessed in to anchors on the roof. As the work was being done there was always someone going around picking up every last nails or piece of scrap during the removal. The job was completed in a very timely matter and when it was completed the place was spotless. I highly recommend G&G Roofing for any aspect of roof installation or repair.

I have worked with G&G Roofing, and Nick the owner, on a number of roofing projects in Breck. We had huge blue spruce come down on our garage and they were prompt and efficient with the removal of the old roof, structural repairs and re-roofing of the garage before the 1st snowfall. We also had them take on a large project of the main townhome building. They stripped the old roof down to the rafters, built new eaves, installed new decking & foam insulation panels, raised seam metal roof and snow retention bars. Throughout the process, battling through COVID, supply shortages, and HOA processes Nick worked with us on every decision and change order. He kept us informed, and when there was an issue, he addressed it.

Its hard to find quality contractors in Breck that appreciate your business, that are prompt, responsive and don't promise what they can't deliver. IMO G&G is the exception and I highly recommend this locally owned and operated Summit Co. business!

Our roof was over 20 years old and was in dire need of some help. G & G Roofing came and did a great job. We technically had 2 separate roofs that needed replacing, the house roof (low incline) and the garage roof (flat). The garage roof was in really bad shape as it had many holes in it and the gypsum was water logged. It was a disaster. Nick from G & G Roofing helped us with a new design that increased the elevation on one side of the of the flat roof to improve the water removal in the spring and prevent and water from leaking into the garage. It also helped us remove the ice build up that would occur every spring in front of the garage doors. I would not hesitate to recommend G & G Roofing to anyone that needed a new roof, needed to replace an existing roof, or needed a roof repaired.

Nick has been in the business for a long time and clearly has excellent knowledge of all things roofs: particularly important in snow country. He also helped us with heat tape and gutter placement. Our roof held up perfectly this winter.

We have a large steep multiple roofed home with many valleys and varying elevations requiring flashing and special detail. We live near ski areas at an elevation of 9,054 feet above sea level and snow will sit in these nooks and corners for up to 6 months out of the year. We needed someone willing to install a new roof and give special attention to, and understand/address areas where snow would accumulate and sit. Very disappointed with Nick @ G&G roofing. He, and his crews damaged my property, left trash everywhere, installed damaged-or they damaged vent hoods, and did not seal all exposed flashing nail heads. Even arguing with me, demanding pictures. I would leave 0 stars if possible.

Despite numerous requests for follow up, me providing requested pix, and Nick promising to come by to fix things more than once...
3mo later I still got property that is damaged, a bag of trash to take out, and a roof not sealed against the weather.(they even drove a nail into the bathroom vent, causing it to sieze)

Our property caretaker recommended G&G last fall after high winds blew some shingles off the roof. Upon inspection, they also suggested some vent pipe boots be replaced and the related shingles replaced. Not only was the inspection quick, but they were able to complete the work ahead of an impending snow storm, taking advantage of the bare roof. Pricing was very reasonable.

Unlike most interaction with service companies I can honestly say that my experience with G&G Roofing was great (other than spending money to make sure your roof doesn't collapse - not G&G fault)!! From my first phone call with Nick Potochnick to the final screw being drilled into the roof, the service, response, work, consult, and everything else associated with the work that G&G did was outstanding and efficient. The work agreed to was done in short-order and was not one penny more than what was quoted (when does that happen?). And Nick and his crew let us know of problems with items associated with the roof but were not something they could take care of - there was no hard-selling of work outside the initial work order. Bottom line is that I would recommend G&G Roofing to anyone. Roofing work needed in Summit or Park County? Contact G&G if you want it done correctly and timely.

Nick and Team appraised the situation, took pictures for us, gave their recommendations and the work got done. The original roofer ‘tried’ to fix a leak causing water damage three times to no avail-a terrible choice of a subcontractor on our builders behalf. If they don’t fix a problem their guarantee was worthless.
It would appear that our issue has been solved. Quite a relief.

My 22 year old roof on my second home in Frisco needed to be replaced. It had leaked into my ceiling and had wind and snow damage. Nick was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and worked with my insurance company to communicate issues not addressed by adjustor. He provided options on materials and was clear about the pros and cons of each. I chose Owens Corning Duration Lifetime Shingles, Owens Corning Weatherlock Flex ice and watershield. I was updated appropriately of the schedule for installation as weather and COVID caused some delays. The installers were professional and kept the area clean and safe. Nick was accessible easily by phone or email for any of my questions. I appreciated his professional and knowledgeable service. I highly recommend G&G Roofing.

They came out right away and cleared ice off the roof when we had an unexpected ice dam leaking inside. They took notes and pictures so that they were able to come out and adjust the heat tape in the Summertime to prevent any future incidents.

G&G gave us a quick proposal and completed the minor roof repairs in a timely manner. In addition they provided us with an inspection of the entire house to look for any additional problems that existed.

We had some problems with a leaking roof. I called G&G roofing and left a message on voice mail. I was very surprised at how quickly I received a call back and even more surprised at how quickly someone came out to inspect our problem. The news was not good as we needed quite a bit of work done but Nick, the owner of G&G explained all of our options and helped us find the best quality and yet economical solution. We hired Nick and the team at G&G to install a new roof on our house. We had a leak and Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and provided several options for addressing it, ranging from minor repair to full replacement. We decided it was time to replace. We selected G&G because of Nick’s responsiveness and we also preferred the brands they work with (different companies often use shingles and roofing systems from different manufacturers). We were looking to replace our worn out original roof on our home. From the moment we talked to Nick at G&G roofing I knew I found our guy. He was prompt and fast with a quote. Our asphalt roof was in need of some repair due to damage from ice dams. Not only was Nick’s team responsive to our inquiry, the repairs were done promptly and professionally. We only needed repairs to the lower portion of the roof, and they matched our asphalt shingles with the same type and color that were already on the roof. I own one unit of a duplex outside of Breckenridge - house and roof were about 16 years old and in need of significant repair. Was referred to G&G Roofing from one of my neighbors who said they did good and reliable work. Not the cheapest, but high quality and extremely dependable - which is super important in the mountain communities of Summit County. The owner, Nick, stopped by to inspect the roof and my duplex-mate neighbor and I decided to bite the bullet and go for a complete new roof. Nick's crew got to work just before the weather turned for the winter and with some unavoidable weather delays, were able to get the work done just in time for the winter. Materials were top-rate, the crews worked hard and cleaned-up after each day's work. I was told by some locals that there were only 2 or 3 roofing contractors that did good work, were reliable and responsive. G&G is one of those and I highly recommend them.

G&G installed new shingles as well as 2 sections of membrane roofing on our home in Blue River. Our home had several challenges with the new roof design and installation. I really can't say enough good things about G&G. We are full time, year round residents in Frisco and have had to call on G&G a couple of times now to help with roof repairs. Like most contractors in the county, they are very busy, but always show up and get the job done well. If the situation isn't an emergency, you may be a little further down the list. Had an issue with my roof and they came out and looked at it that went fine. Spoke about issue with my deck and they said they could take a look at that as well. Talked with their scheduling folks and they said it would be 2 weeks out. They finally called a month later after someone quit and tried to schedule it on a Saturday. This is my second home so I made arrangements to be there on Saturday. No one showed up. Received a call the following week saying they were at my house on Monday adn could they start the work. Asked them is we could reschedule so I could meet them up there. Was told they would pass it along to the scheduling folks to get back with me. No call. I called back the next week and they said they could not find my paperwork and they were not scheduling on Saturday and asked if I had the right company. Well the signed work order shows I had the right company.
