I've used Specialized before, and they have been and still are very accommodating for large or small jobs. They get you in and get it done.

This review is about the owner, Scott. Our vehicle would not start on the side of the road, and Scott stopped to help us. He was very kind and willing to help us however he could. Highly recommend doing business with him!

I called with an emergency windshield wiper repair I needed during a big snowstorm. I had to drive to Denver and my wipers weren't working. I had called 4 other shops in the area who said they were too busy to take a look at the issue. But, Brandon told me to come in and they'd see what they could do. They fixed it on the spot (while I took a work call) and couldn't have been nicer. I don't know how I would have been able to do the drive without working wipers and without their help! I can't thank them enough!! Definitely 5 stars! Definitely would recommend!

These guys are great!!! Dewey was super helpful and patient. I got new wheels and tires and I love them!!!

Traveling from Nebraska to Vail our Tahoe needed emergency service with a fuel module replacement. .Adam and Dewey and their staff very accommodating! Really good guys. Went the extra mile to take care of us.

We are very fortunate that Scott discovered a major issue with the Air Force One on our Jeep Rubicon. We would never have known about the issue and it could have had tragic consequences. Scott took the time to call the manufacturer, Demco, get assistance from tech support and get a replacement unit sent under warranty. We very much appreciate the attention to detail and the awesome service. Adam and Dewey were very helpful too. We can now, confidently, flat tow our Jeep behind our motor coach.

I just wanted to share my great experience here. Huge thanks to Adam and Dewey up front and Tom who worked on my '99 Jeep Cherokee. Customer service and workmanship was top notch. If you have any needs for your vehicle. I strongly suggest giving them a call. They were amazing to work with, I'm very grateful I took my Jeep to them.

Great Customer Service. Dewy & Adam in the Front are the best. And I have my own personal mechanic: Anton. If you have a 4-Wheel Drive vehicle and Live in Summit County you need to go there!!! That's my "GOLDIE" in front of the shop. The Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I have had an excellent experience every time I've been here.
They installed my plow and have done all the maintenance on my plow truck for 7 years.
They have also helped me during emergencies, and got me back up and running. They have a tremendous amount of parts in stock.
I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly service too.

Anton replaced the coilovers and did the alignment, tom checked the truck over, Dewey and Adam are the front guys! This is a great shop with a friendly knowledgeable staff. They helped me out when I was in a real jam.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve met in a long time!! I could not recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with Specialized and wanted to share a little about my experience. I drove out from Minnesota during some real cold temps and my oil cooler ended up cracking. Not being from the area, searching for a place to get my Jeep fixed - I found Specialized. I was able to get my Jeep to the shop and they were able to get it diagnosed and I got a call back an hour or so after dropping it off. They offered a solution/part that was better than simply swapping the OEM part. I got the vehicle back and the problem was fixed. I have not lost a drop of oil since it came out of their shop. I was able to get back to Minnesota with out any issues.

Specialized cares about longevity of the vehicle and the parts they use. I personally care a lot about shops that do business this way. The team is great! They are knowledgeable, polite and passionate about their work! Thank you again Specialized!!

As is always the case, every one of the guys at Specialized was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I actually look forward to opportunities to go into the shop and my vehicle always comes back even better than I expected. It's a great experience every time - highly recommend!

This place is great, all employees are very helpful, willing to go above and beyond. I never have to worry about the work they do, if something is off they will gladly check their work and fix it no problems. We need to keep mechanics like these up here... otherwise there will be none to work on our vehicles... research politicians.... then vote...

I bought a ski rack as a Christmas gift and the staff took a lot of time to explain the different racks and equipment. They took extra time to make sure it would fit my wife's SUV and it did. Very happy and highly recommend.

I've been using Specialized Truck & SUV for 3 years. They installed our plow on an F250 4x4, annual maintenance on the plow & F250, and repaired our tail lights. The cost is reasonable and their work is completed as promised. The staff is knowledgable and easy to work with.

I rarely write reviews for places but I can't say enough good things about the team at Specialized. They are honest, helpful and great at what they do. I took my Jeep in for a noise issue I was having, that two other places in the area were unable to resolve, and the team at Specialized was able to figure it out and fix it for me. They listened, talked things through, were super helpful and made everything easy. I trust the team at Specialized and highly recommend them. Seriously, go here!

Cannot say enough good stuff about this place. Adam helped diagnose what turned out to be a pretty simple brake issue and keep me from spending more to repair / replace components that were perfectly fine. Thanks Again!

I worked with Adam at Specialized to have a 4” lift and tires and rims put on my new truck. His attention to all the details to make sure that I would have the best possible combination turned out to be on point. I wanted to retain the factory ride with more ground clearance. I also didn’t want the tires out past the fenders. I can’t recommend this company enough.

These guys are great!!! Walk you they everything! The stay within your budget, and strategize how to best spend your money. Not just trying to get paid.

I'm from Minnesota and the people at Specialized have helped me out twice in two years. Two years ago the bike rack on my Jeep broke. No one around sold anything good except Specialized. I bought it at a good price and they even lent me all the tools I needed to put it together and install it. That's huge for someone who has a problem 1000 miles from home. Just today my brother lost the key to that same rack while we were I'm Breckenridge. One of the people at Specialized, I wish I got his name, spent almost an hour getting the locks freed up and removed so we could have our trip. That was before he knew we were going to buy anything. He took the time to take care of us and was friendly doing it. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommended Specialized Truck & SUV in Frisco, CO.   Scott, Brandon and Blake are super knowledgeable and will help you find anything you are looking for your Jeep.   They are extremely friendly and never make me feel like I am bothering them or asking too many questions.   Their advice means a lot to me.   They have helped me modify my Jeep just the way I want it.  Great people, great shop, great service!

Waaaaay overpriced and didnt even fix what they overcharged me for. Should have listened to the locals and gone to a good shop. First and only time Ill patronize this business. Stop ripping people off and charging for work you didnt do. Got my truck back with a door panel removed I had to replace myself.

I am a supporter of local business. I initially contacted them for a full suspension lift. They recommended a Toytech with new leaf packs. It was a fair process and great customer service. I did my own research and noticed that Toytech had a sale and they did not want to honor that. I let it go and quickly started looking at other suspension options. I realized that Ironman 4x4 was a better option for me and the price. Lastly, the labor time was beyond my budget and I found another Colorado based shop to install my Ironaman lift and saved more than half. I recently went back to give them a second chance . I needed an option on best route to fix my rear lift stance as I am using HD leaf pack on Tacoma and I am no longer planning on running much weight. I did my research and contacted three different shops in Denver. It was concluded that the best option based on my leaf pack was to only take out a leaf and recheck alligment I was hoping to hear the same answer from Specialized. In the contrary, a brand new leaf pack plus 5 hrs of labor was the end result. Both times a salesman like tactics were use and not fully focus on the customer needs. Both times, the prices were out in the wind and no real answer on the best option. I understand is a local shop with limited staff but still sour that the prices and sales driven limits the possibilities to attract new customers. The moral please contact other off-road shops and get a second opinion and you might save more money with quality service. At the end, I chose RSG off road and great service. They are transparent from the start and not sales driven.

To the gang at Specialized thank you for taking great care of all our vehicles. They go above and beyond with great service and quality of their work. Couldn't ask for a better company for taking care of your vehicles.

Had the "Death Wobble" in my Jeep. Took real dedication to find the problem, they did and fixed it. Recommend them highly.

Specialized did the work they said at the price quoted and finished in the time they said. They are the only shop I would use in Summit County for upgrading your truck!

Excellent customer service. This is the second time I have stopped in there while on vacation due to a mechanical failure while off roading. She quickly picked up the phone, took her time, and found me the part that I had searched all morning to find with no luck. Could have sent me away since I wasn't getting a service done there, but she took the time (twice) to help get me back on the trail quickly.

I had an axle seal, and U-joint popping and could not get Glenwood or Summit Jeep to call back or take care of. I called Corey (spelling?) and was ready to have Specialized do the work and pay the costs. Corey told me that was jeeps responsibility and i should not have to pay for it since its under warranty. She hooked me up with a contact down in Denver. Completely going above and beyond, and could have easily taken my money. I cannot express enough how much I trust this team and shop! Thank you all at Specialized!!!!!

My water pumped and thermostat failed during the fourth of July weekend. Specialized came through even though they were slammed with appointments. I appreciate the extra effort, Specialized!

I had a problem with my Jeep... Specialized Truck found a bunch of little things that needed to be done plus I was able to upgrade a few things too. They are super friendly. Super knowledgeable. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. Besides, do you want Cousin Eddie busting knuckles on your prized toy or top-notch professionals?

Specialized does not just do trucks and SUVs, they also are great with cars. They did a superb job installing new exhaust tips on our silver Volvo, which they also put new tips on this same car 10 years ago. They care about what they're doing!

Very happy with my experience with Specialized! I needed help with my bike rack that had melted from the muffler. They contacted the manufacturer of the bike rack for me and were able to get replacement parts and a hitch attachment so that it won’t happen again. Everyone there is great!! And they were very quick in getting this all done for me.

Thanks for all your help with my Toyota and my Chevy! You guys have been great, especially Brandon and Corey who I have spoken with the most!

I had a problem with my Thule cargo carrier locking mechanism and took it back to the shop. Brandon checked the problem and said it was still under warranty and they could replace it. Brandon replaced the carrier and we were out in less than 30 minutes. Brandon's service was superb!

Brandon & Nate at Specialized Truck & SUV made my experience Awesome! I would definitely recommend them. The Big difference is that they like what they do, and share that passion with the customers. These guys have been the best shop I’ve taken any vehicle I’ve ever owned to. Their counter staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their mechanics do top quality work. My dad and I both bring our Jeep Wranglers here and have never had any issues with the quality of their work, their honesty, or their business practices. I know multiple other Jeepers, 4x4 enthusiasts, and SUV daily drivers that have their work done here, and in three years of having work done here, nobody has had any issues that were not adequately addressed by Specialized Truck & SUV.

They stay very busy, especially in the Summer, so make sure you call and schedule work in advance. Usually two weeks is enough notice in my experience.

If you’re willing to wait a few days to a couple of weeks, and willing to pay a little more for quality work that is going to last, call these guys. You won’t regret it!

Got me in on short notice and back on the road! Noticed Monday late afternoon some oil under my rear diff. Called them and they said they could get me in the next day. Dropped the truck off first thing in the morning and they were able to replace my rear pinion seal by noon. Reasonable rates too.

You can trust Scott and his team with your vehicle! I had my '13 JKU towed in after a major breakdown for a second opinion and I am glad I did. The jeep needed a massive repair so I was happy to put it in the expert hands of some guys that have lifted a hood like mine thousands of times. Brandon was informative and helpful on the phone, Scott helped me understand my options and make the big decision and the rest of the crew did flawless work installing my new motor. A week later when I developed another small issue, they were able to squeeze me in for a quick follow-up and get that handled with the same expertise. I hope I don't need to go back any time soon, but I am grateful to have a trustworthy and capable shop for my off-roader and daily driver.

They have great merchandise at a decent price. It only took them a couple hours to install my roof rack and they fit me in in their schedule within 2 days

I've been taking my jeep to these guys for about a year and every time they remind me why I continuously bring it to them! From replacing my locker to replacing my wheels and radiator, they have competitive pricing on any parts you might need with great turnaround time too. They are more than capable of explaining problems and operations of your vehicle when you are confused or looking to try new things. If you need your 4x4 to be bigger, badder or just better, Specialized is the place to go.

I just picked up my FJ Cruiser, and these guys are awesome. Brandon was a huge help all along the way. I'm the first to admit that I don't know much about cars, but Brandon made everything easy to understand without talking down to me or selling me services that I didn't need. The whole staff is professional, efficient, and effective, and it's obvious that they like what they do. This was my first time bringing a car there, and they have definitely won my business for good.

Great Staff, initially they are most helpful in finding what one is looking for, but the follow up leaves a lot to be desired. A week has past and no phone call as to total cost and expected delivery. The said they's call in a few hours, it's been a week. What's up with that?

This place is awesome.They always do first classwork.I have a 2006 Jeep Rubicon and I will not let another shop touch it.
