I had an appointment for an estimate on Monday morning, which I took off of work for. They did not show up or call. I called twice and spoke to 2 different representatives who both seemed dazed and confused. They told me they couldn't get a hold of there own crew. And promised me they would send them an URGENT message they never responded to. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Helped me with my insurance company to file a hail damage claim that was approved in line with Ryan’s estimate. Ryan provided several roofing material manufacturers’ style and color options for my selection. We agreed on job duration and start date. His craftsmen were professional, punctual and hard working. They kept the job site clean at the end of each workday. Ryan visited my house daily and stayed in contact with me and his crew. At completion of the job Ryan and I performed a final inspection and it was after that I received my bill for payment. I would definitely recommend Haven Exteriors to anyone.

I first used Ryan and Haven Exteriors last fall when a branch went through my roof during a windstorm during the night. He had done a great job for my neighbor across the street. He and his crew arrived promptly that morning and quickly and properly repaired the damage for a very reasonable amount. I was extremely happy with his work. This past weekend I went into my attic and noticed a new hole in my roof of unknown origin. It must have just occurred as there was no water damage whatsoever. As you can imagine, however, I was in a panic with the approach of tropical storm Cristobal and called Haven Exteriors again. Ryan was able to come out that day despite his busy schedule and again fix my problem. Service like this is rare these days and I enthusiaticly recommend Haven to all my friends who need a new roof or roof repair.

Haven Exteriors Roofing did a great job on our roof. the job was completed inside of one day and you can't beat the price. The crew was fast courteous and professional! They definitely earned the five star rating.

After we had a tree fall on our house, we started to call around for a roofing company. After Chris came out and gave us an estimate I knew we were going to use Haven. Chris was knowledgeable about the business and worked with the insurance adjuster to our satisfaction. We wanted to have gutter installation. I called this place based on the reviews. At very first, It looked like a professional place as their front desk was setting up the appointment for a Saturday morning right ahead. Nobody showed up, I called them couple of times willing to reschedule. Every time front desk promised me that they would keep in touch with the installer but nobody called me back or showed up..they are waste of time and money..avoid them if you can..

Had About 14 loose shingles on the roof. Ryan and his crew came out and got it repaired. Did an excellent job at a very fair price. We hired them because of the recommendation we got from a friend so I want to pass along the recommendation. If you have a need for roof repair or replacement I feel confident they could handle any job.

I used Haven Exteriors to help address a small roof leak we noticed in the attic. They were prompt to come out to inspect the situation, return a quote, and get right to work. They did a great job replacing the flashing in the leak area and even repainted the siding boards they removed following the completion of their job. Outstanding experience with Haven Exteriors!

The home that my wife and I recently purchased came with a few kinks in it's armour, so I called five (5) local roofers. Three gave me quotes, one no-showed and one never got back with us. Out of all three, Haven's quote was the only one that landed within the fair market spectrum, AND they were the quickest to mobilize.

Haven began work three days after signing an agreement - no deposit required. This happened to be a Saturday and weekend construction is not permitted within our neighborhood. Realizing that more weather was coming, Haven negotiated clearance with the guard on duty and arrived a half-hour before their scheduled time.

While repairs were underway, Haven uncovered additional damage to the roof decking around the fascia blocking, and the fascia blocking itself. We opted to address it immediately because Haven was prepared with adequate cost info and we were assured that repairs would be complete before the next rain - which happened to be the following day.

Once complete, Haven left no footprint. All construction-related debris was removed and nothing on the property was damaged during repairs.

We look forward to our next home improvement project with Haven Exteriors.
