Rocket Renovation replaced our roof after it sustained hail damage. They worked with us and our insurance company to review the damage and process the claim. They were professional and attentive. The crew that came to replace our roof was thorough and did great work. Our roof should last for the duration of the time we own this home and we're very happy with it. We had a great experience with Rocket Renovation! Alex was very communicative throughout the project. I was blown away by how quickly the whole process went from the moment we first talked at the end of July to the day we admired our new roof in mid-September! It was really nice to have Shayne stay on site the day the roofers were doing their work. The whole team did a great job with the installation and left no trace that they were even there with the cleanup. I'd go as far as to say, this was the best experience with a contractor that we've ever had!

Rocket Renovation did such an amazing job for me. Transparently, the project ended up being a small bit of repair - Shayne handled that portion and did a stellar job, including some small fixes that reflected a real sense of care for the work. That care is what people want for their homes! Dan handled quite a bit of negotiation with insurance, and while I was lucky to not have damage, Dan was thorough, transparently communicative, and compassionate. I never felt like this was just a job to him - he knew that this is my home we're talking about. With projects like this where the project lead, Dan, is basically your representative (what do I know about shingle longevity?), finding someone who genuinely cares about the quality of the work is imperative. I'll be using Rocket Renovation in the future, for sure. Highly recommended!

Alex came out almost immediately to look at our roof once it started leaking- he climbed up there, took photos and relayed his findings to me in simple terms I could understand. Luckily we didn’t need a new roof and he recommended some smaller maintenance services we could get done instead! So far so good! I was very impressed by Alex and his honest feedback about our roof. Whenever the time comes and we do need to repair or replace our roof I know exactly who to call! Highly recommend!

Dan & team at Rocket Renovation were instrumental in helping us replace a hail-damaged roof. They were with us every step of the way from the inspection, starting the claim, selecting materials, the actual repair, and getting the final inspection. They were patient when our insurance check was slow to arrive, helped optimize some gutter layouts while doing the repairs, and even took care of some small touchups with paint and stucco. Have already reached out to them for help again because we are so pleased with the final product.

We worked with Alex after our roof, garage and misc other items suffered extensive hail damage in a crazy storm. Alex worked incredibly hard for us making sure everything that got damaged was included in coverage. After securing us financial coverage he then went to work fixing our roof. His crew was so hard working, friendly, careful and kind to our crazy dogs. Alex was around and checking in all the time to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy. We could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend Rocket Renovation and Alex to everyone!

Alex Stenback and everyone from Rocket Renovation are the absolute best! The knowledge and expertise from working with my insurance company, answering my questions, and getting the new roof on the house was outstanding.

The roofing crew was very skilled and got the job done in a day. They were very neat and cleaned up the job site back to its original state.

I was surprised and really impressed when a member of the roofing crew came back the next day to check the entire yard for any nails they might have missed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rocket Renovation and specifically Alex Stenback. Alex was great to work with, especially being a first time homeowner and not knowledgeable about storm damage. He was great with my dog who is typically very protective of our house and strangers entering. He helped me with every step of the process by first examining my roof to check the damage to then helping file the claim with my insurance company. He was there when the insurance adjuster came to our property as well just to make sure everything was being checked on in proper fashion. It was late fall and Alex wasnt confident that they would get it done before winter which would have been fine by me. But he ended up making it happen a few weeks after and the crew did an unbelievable job. One thing that stood out to me was the rocket crew staying out in the dark making sure that every little piece of debris, nail etc was cleaned up from my property before they were done with the job. Im grateful a neighbor recommended Rocket to me and i would reccommend them to anyone else. Top notch service and work all around.

After a hail storm in our area, there were many contractors knocking on the door ~ I must say I was skeptical. I was approached by Dan, and he couldn't have been nicer. Curt and the rest of the crew at Rocket Renovation did a fabulous job re-roofing our home.The work was started on time and completed in a day and a half. The roofing crew was friendly and very hard working. Curt was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Meeting with the insurance adjuster to make sure he did not miss anything and following up during the replacement process. Curt was also very helpful in the selection process of the roofing materials and color scheme. We are very happy with the job they did and strongly recommend this company.

Shayne did a stairway restoration for us. He removed the runner, stripped the paint, sanded and wiped all surfaces, and revarnished and painted the treads and woodwork. I was amazed at his perfectionism and attention to details! Also he clean up afterwards and bound the old carpet for the next trash day. He only does things the very best way. He even enclosed the area with plastic barrier so the dust wouldn't get everywhere. I was VERY pleased with his work. I highly recommend him for any project. He will ensure it is done right!

Cannot say enough good words about Rocket Renovation. Steve Larson and his team were a delight to work with. They fixed our roof after serious hail damage and were absolute professionals from start to finish. Steve took the time to explain the whole process to us at the beginning and throughout. The work on the roof was quick, skillful and smooth. When the team worked at our place, we had a broken gate in our yard that we hadn't gotten around to fixing because of an injury.
