This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! TERRIBLE communication, From the 1st day nothing went right, they canceled on us twice and said they would have a crew of 9 so it would be done in 1 day well 4 days later and a crew of 2 its finally done and nothing they promised was done, we agreeded for them to take off all the old plywood due to black mold but instead of doing that they put the new plywood over the old, They told us they pulled a building permit because we have to have one where we live and come to find out they didn't, I am still picking up nails and garbage 2 hours later, If you go with this company they will promise you the world and at the end you get terrible work and broken promises, it comes with a 25 year warranty but hopefully we never have to use it because that probably won't get us anywhere either

Rocket just finished a complete roof redeck and shingling of my house and garage. They did a fantastic job. Top quality materials and hard working professional installers at a great price. The crews also left my property cleaned up like they had never been there.

Jesse and his crew were great from the start to finish. From explaining our options when it came to our roof and window replacement. They had the job completed when they said they would and we love the new look our home has! Thank you!

Thankful to have a family owned business replace all our windows! We are saving money on our electric bill because our house stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter!

If I could leave more ⭐️’s I would!!! I have used Rocket Exteriors for 3 projects so far. I can’t say enough great things about them!!! This weekend I was able to open my windows for the first time in years and I have Rocket to thank for this!! We also had vents done on our roof and boy the difference this has made over the last few weeks since the project was completed is unbelievable!! Professional from start to finish and I have to add done on time and as scheduled. Great communication and explained everything so we could make our decisions without hesitation. The price was remarkable and the workmanship was phenomenal!!! Great customer service overall and will always use personally and recommend them to anyone I know.

Had a roof replacement on my home. The main issue, how things were communicated to me, actually NOT COMMUNICATED to me thru out the project. This was the recurring theme, not from me, but from them. There were quite a few issues n concerns I had. Many of these I shared with Theo, project engineer, and Beth, from the home office. Honestly I'm not too sure if they were ever handled but Jesse, the owner, reached out to me and we had a very (constructive criticism) productive conversation. I shared all my concerns and frustrations. He thanked me for discussing all this with him and was very apologetic, which I did appreciate.

In the end, the job I hired these folks for was completed and my roof looks great. I'm convinced, based on my conversation with Jesse, that moving forward, the issues I had would be addressed and should I need any other home improvement projects completed on my home, I would reach out to Rocket Exteriors to get a competitive quote.

We have a landscaping business and had a customer that had just used Rocket Exteriors for their roof replacement. I got their number since I have been in the market for a new roof. After setting up a free roof inspection and consult, he confirmed with all the algae and missing shingles. We moved forward with their 1 year no interests or payments financing option and were really happy with the process and experience Rocket gave us.

Rocket came out and evaluated our situation since we have an older home they gave all options for us to choose from. We also wanted to change the type of window style we had previously we felt reluctant when talking with other companies. Rocket put all those worries to rest and walked us through the process. Second we new entry doors and storm doors since our home still had original doors and plaster walls the other companies made this seem difficult and extremely expensive. The time and dedication that Rocket put in to our project made us feel like top priority. From our first call to the end result they had great communication. Our custom windows came in sooner then expected and they worked us into the schedule and around our schedule. We have made it through this crazy winter warmer even during the power outages and with utility bills on the rise the doors and windows made all the difference. Compared our utility bill with our neighbor and wow did this all help in cutting our cost. Between receiving exceptional customer service, unbeatable cost, swift installation, utility savings, and our new beautiful doors and windows couldn’t be happier!

We appreciated the professionalism and roofing expertise expressed from Theo in our free roof inspection & consultation. A few weeks later we finally picked out our shingle and moved forward with Rocket. Within another few weeks, we had a beautiful new roof!

Our house is getting a little older now and the windows/doors/roof were all original. We inquired with Rocket Exteriors and got ahold of Jesse who took great care of us start to finish. We used their 12 month financing option which was seamless as well. Our house looks new again from the street!

They are installing new windows in my complex and they are not professional. They have already broken 2 of my outdoor decorations and put a sizable hole in my neighbors drywall. They only work about 5 hours a day and they are 2 weeks behind. I understand this is a huge job but they are not a company I would recommend.
