Rock Springs Ace Hardware

Very helpful, had the parts we needed to fix a water connection on our RV while on the road. Problem is I learned after installing them that they are defective and leak. Yes I use Teflon tape, etc. three levels of employees over the phone are baulking at refunding me, like as though I can drive hundreds of miles out of the way just to return these items. If the outcome is positive, I will certainly revise this review.

Update: when I was finally able to reach the manager he issued a credit on my card even though Ace will not reimburse him because he does not have the parts. That was very helpful.

Always have what I need in stock and the staff is super friendly and helpful in finding what you need every time I go there.

They did not have what I wa looking for ir anything that could have worked. But it is a nice store and I have shopped there several times this summer.

Friendly helpful staff. Great for local needs and my go to for that random nut or bolt. And getting key's made.

I went to the Ace hardware in rock springs looking for supplies for a project. I ment a really great employee that was very helpful! Daimon was very informative on what i was looking for and why. They didn't have some of what i was looking for but he was very helpful on what to look for and where i could find it.

The old guys that knew stuff are all retired now but Ace has better quality stuff than the big box store and the young people that work there are always friendly.

Great staff here. Very helpful...They find you to ask if you need help. Was in to have keys made & employee went above & beyond to find the correct key for one of 3 different keys I was having copied.
For another recent trip I had 3 different employees approach asking if we needed help.
If you want to support local AND have good service, shop Ace Hardware.

Ace Hardware does not honor lifetime warranty on Ace products. They sold me insisting if I ever had a problem just bring it in for a new product. Well when it failed I took it back and was told I had to return it to the store I bought it at. I lived in another state then, I'm not driving 300 miles for a warranty.

Huge store. Had anything and everything. Lady who waited on us knew exactly what we wanted and where to find everything. Great place!!

I love shopping and that's ONE TIME I HATED SHOPPING.. I EVEN TRIED TO ACT LIKE I knew what I was looking for umm that didn't go well for me .. so when I got to the screws and wing nuts I wanted to sit down and cry there is so many I had to pull out size ugh !! So not I got what I need right!! I got to the register she said how much are these .. I looked at and said WHAT! And laughed and took the journey back then back .. to say all that ill stay in my lane .. I need a vacation after that so here I come WALMART

Prices are steep, especially on tools. Theres nothing here you can't find at a different store for a better price. That being said they do have a broad selection of various things, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

It was pleasant as usual. Plenty of help finding what your looking for. I always go to ace for my needs. Cleaners for house and all yard stuff, and hardware items.

Edit 2 yrs later. They have a post office. I uploaded a couple of photos.
Original review: This is one of the most helpful places I've been to. They answer questions readily, help find things, and even assembled a reel lawn mower I bought there. I would highly recommend this store.

This is my local store. They have what I need, and the help is friendly.
I buy mostly fasteners, but occasionally paint, home repair supplies, and even a hot air corn popper. I have had a lot of keys made here.
It is a clean and pleasant place to shop. It is one of the few stores with good melodic background music.

Great place to shop and it's local. Great variety from fishing tackle to plant food. Friendly helpful employees to top it all off

Awesome place to go. One stop shop. Worker Justin helped us and was knowledgeable and friendly. All around great store.
