We hired Rock Quality Construction to do our whole house renovation back in 2019-2020. Our home was originally built back in 1980 and we dreamed of keeping the same silhouette of the home, but revamping to fit the surrounding farm community with a more modern layout. It was a large project, taking the house essentially down to the studs. We knew right away after meeting with Rick and Cole that this was the team we wanted to work with to make this dream happen. They are down-to-earth, kind, professional, budget conscience and well organized in their approach to renovating. Their team of contractors are top notch and were all a pleasure to work with during the renovation. The project turned out amazing! And they did this all on time and on budget – not to mention in the midst of a pandemic! Years later, our home continues to impress – the quality of craftmanship of Rock Quality and their team is unmatched and we are beyond grateful.

We were so impressed with the home renovation, we have since hired them again to complete our back deck and outdoor kitchen renovation as well. It truly is our dream home!

As a general contractor, I was tasked with managing an extremely challenging construction project that required framing a structure suspended on pilings approximately 70 feet off the ground.
Rock Quality (RQ) accepted the challenge and executed it exceptionally well. The shop drawing process was extremely detailed and involved extensive back-and-forth communication with the architects, and RQ handled this coordination with great professionalism and responsiveness.
The logistics of framing a house on stilts presented significant challenges, but RQ delivered the project on budget, on schedule, and with excellent workmanship.
We are now preparing to engage RQ for our next two projects based on the success of this collaboration.

Rift Cut Construction

Rock Quality built a massive garage and breezeway roof for us. They did an EXCELLENT job! The team was very communicative, easy to work with, and made sure all the details were right. We are loving this addition!

I've been using Rock Quality for 5 years or so, primarily for foundations, framing and siding on a number of interior and exterior residential elevator additions. I initially hired Rock Quality to do the framing for my house. They did such an amazing job that I decided to hire them as the GC for the project. They added so much valuable insight and professionalism. Their responsiveness and customer service was 10 out of 10. They were extremely flexible in working together. They had extremely deep connectivity with amazing subcontractors. I was able to bring in Subs of my own as well to compete for various portions of our job. One of the most impressive qualities is their conflict resolution. Every job runs into problems and it is often how those problems are handled and resolved that make or break a successful project.
