Davison Roof Company is a fantastic company in every aspect.
They were recommended by a good friend of mine and the recommendation turned out to spot on. Price was not the only factor in my decision to use them for my roofing company (though their bids were very competitive).
From start to finish my experience was excellent. Starting with Sergio's original meeting and the bidding process, to the team of roofers and their foreman Jacinto and the customer service level by Stacy in the office. All were top notch and customer driven!
I cannot say enough about the roofing team either.
All of them worked so closely as a team and were customer driven. That is something you don't see very often from a lot of companies let alone the front-line workers. A very pleasant surprise.
All in all, you get the sense that every employee in the Davison company is all on the same page with the same goal, "Satisfy the customer".

Davison Roofing replaced our roof two years and did a great job, sticking to the schedule they set.

Most recently we decide to put our home on the market, and they were very responsive to an inspection timeline we had. I was very encouraged that they seemed to give us special service as prior customers, sending they team out to quickly update some things around our chimney that came up on an inspection report. They were very flexible, professional, and nice folks to work with.

I would use Davison Roofing again, and recommend them to others as well. In fact, we used them originally on a referral from someone in our neighborhood, and they did my neighbor's roof on a referral from us!

It started with a phone call because we had a leak after a storm. Stacy was able to coordinate for Sergio to come out the next day

Sergio arrived the next day & quickly got on top of the roof & in the attic. He was able to explain our choices so we could make a decision which route we could go with the pros & cons of each. We opted for a quote for a new roof.

The next day we received numerous photos from Sergio of the inside & outside of our roof. The quote was thorough & easy to understand. We did also get other quotes from local recommended roofers. But Sergio & Davison provided the most thorough quote. All the quotes were roughly around the same price. We opted for Davison because of how detailed they were to this point.

We had to wait a few days for our HOA approval. But once that was in, we were scheduled within a few days for the work to start. It took 2 days from start to finish. The crew were efficient & clean. At the end of day 1, no debris on the ground anywhere!

Jacinto also made the process easy. He gave us updates & was available for questions throughout the process.

The roof looks so nice! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Davison roofing. They have been around for over 30 years for a reason. They made the dread of replacing a roof as easy & painless as possible.

I got 3 estimates for my roof project. They were all good. But I chose Davison because when Neil came to do the estimate on my home, i like the way he explained the process. And when I called the office, Stacy was very kind and patient with my questions. The warranty from manufacturer and Davison is impressive! Neil, Stacy and Sergio are very professional and knowledgeable. Their roofers are skilled, efficient, thorough. They did a great job with my Northgate Heather Blend roof, and clean up. Sergio was available thru out the installation. I had a hard time deciding on the shingles and Sergio came to my home more than once to give me samples before the project was started. We started working with Davison a few months ago to help remove solar systems before Davison replaced a customer's roof. Of all the contractors I've worked with, Davison definitely is one of the top in terms of communication and professionalism. Many contractors are difficult to get ahold of by phone or email, and their schedules are constantly changing with no warning. Davison is very easy to communicate with and their process seems organized and professional. It's been a pleasure working with them!

Stacy, Sergio and entire Davison Work Team were great; Professional, Thorough, Courteous and Skilled. We had several estimates, talked with past clients and viewed completed jobs and we don't regret this roof replacement decision. Explained the process and answered questions throughout. Davison roofing replaced our roof this week and it was a great experience. This is a smaller family owned business and I really liked the crews worked together on a daily basis. The crew for our job was professional, polite, very skilled, efficient and completed a high quality job. You could tell they have worked together for a while. There was no interruption to daily routines, it was seamless. Neil, the owner, has a port-a-pot delivered to roofing jobs. I actually thought this was brilliant - great for the employees and homeowners. Neil was also the one who came and looked at our roof and provided the quote. I was really impressed by this too. It was more "real" to me versus other companies where you feel like your getting a sales rep that's trying to make a quota. We were provided a timeline for dumpster arrival, port-a-pot delivery, crew arrival time and all went according to schedule. This was a great experience from start to finish. Even if you don't opt for Davison Roofing, which you'd be crazy not to, they should definitely be one of you quotes for any roofing job!!

Absolutely floored (no pun intended) by how well our roof turned out this week!

We found Davison Roofing through multiple community recommendations on Facebook.
Neil came out to give us a quote himself, and was very thorough and informative. No pressure at all. We got a few other quotes as well, but we loved that Davison is owned by a local family, and that the husband and wife team are 100% behind the operations.

Their price was on par or substantially lower than the other quotes we received.

The roofers showed up on time and as promised and worked hard for four days, starting at 8am, and sometimes even working until 8pm. They started on a Tuesday, and by Friday night, they were all done.

We are so impressed with the work that was done. It is absolute perfection. From the explanation, to the list of local addresses we could check out to see what each color looks like, to how well they executed the pattern, the layout, the clean up, the communication - all of it. It is no surprise to me that they have the highest BBB rating possible.
We chose Certainteed Presidential Shadow Gray. It looks better than we could have imagined.

My family would happily recommend Davison Roofing a million times over.

I first called Davison a few years ago when my 15 year old home started having roof leaks due to failing roof vents. They responded quickly and determined the cause and made the necessary repairs both timely and cost effectively. Neil also advised me the roof was in semi-decent condition but small leaks might start occurring due to the age. He easily could have told me I needed a new roof ASAP; but was honest and said I should be able to ride it out a few more years. Fast forward 3-4 years down the road and that's exactly what happened. More leaks started appearing and I didn't want to constantly fight them all winter long. Neil provided me a quote to replace the roof. I also obtained quotes for 2 other companies. The choice was easy to make given Davison was the most competitive. I also liked the fact Davison is family owned and has been in business in our area for 25+ years. From contact with Stacy for scheduling/payment to the crew on site, everything was great and professional. The roof turned out beautiful and I couldn't be happier. They also completed the job ahead of schedule.

Excellent experience. Quality roofing product, reasonably priced, and very quick/efficient work. 3 days from start to finish, I was very impressed. Neil was very friendly and attentive through the whole project.

One final thing: it may sound silly, but they did an amazing job cleaning up as well. I've dealt with many contractors in the past with varying levels of quality, but I've never had a crew clean up as well as these guys did. I ran my own magnet all around my house and garage after the fact and literally found two nails. Two. I was shocked, thanks so much guys.

Update 1/27/2025: Even more impressed with Davison roofing! A few years after we had a couple of concerns, one in our garage and another with a skylight. They came out within 3 days of me contacting them, no questions asked. Sergio was extremely polite and helpful, and resolved both of our concerns. Extremely thankful we chose such an excellent company for our roof replacement, still 100% recommend them to anyone needing roof assistance. I will definitely use them again.

I did not end up getting my house re-roofed by Davison roofing, but I really appreciated the owner coming out to do the estimate! I would have expected him to send someone in his stead but it gave a very personal touch to something that is kinda a big part of a house. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have also heard many excellent things about their quality of work and would recommend them to anyone. We ended up going with something a bit more economical, however.

Neil and his guys were great. The job went smooth. His crew worked in January with temps around freezing! No overages on cost, stuck to the estimate. Daivson Roofing offered all of the details in their service that other contractors offered and were by far more competitively priced of the 6 quotes I received. Our home is about 2500 sqft. with an uncomplicated gable roof. Cost came in around $21K after tax. A year later I noticed a small leak around the furnace vent, I notified Neil, and he came out right away and took care of it. He stood by his lifetime craftsmenship warranty.

I am a general contractor in the Snohomish County Washington area and am always impressed by the work done by Davison Roofing. They are 5 star rated by Certainteed which is the absolute best warranty on the market. Make sure you call them!!

These guys are prompt, reliable and even clean up after themselves! They also have a warranty that includes both labor and materials.

Davison Roofing did our roof last summer. We are so pleased and impressed with the gorgeous roof they installed. In fact, the roofing supply company uses a photo of our roof on their web page!! The crew closed up 11 old skylights, new sheathing, felt and a composition roof. Workers left our property spotless. Davison is one of the few companies that offers a warranty that covers both labor AND materials! Love that they are family owned too!!!

Davison Roofing was recommended by Westhill as someone that might be able to install a matching GAF shingle roof on our newly built 10x16 storage shed/playhouse. With the wet weather fast approaching I wasn't sure Davison Roofing would be able to fit my project in since time was of the essence, but Neil did not disappoint. He was able to schedule the installation in less than 2 weeks and the project was completed quickly and with excellent, professional looking results per my specifications.

Neil came out and did a walk through on my roof to make sure I didn’t have any damaged spots where we were seeing some dipping. Everything looked good and he saved me from spending a bunch of money I didn’t need to spend on the roof yet.

We still got several bids (about 5) and the Davision Roofing's price was right in line with the others. Neil agreed to remove / replace some facia board and gable end pieces for us as part of the job, and they did nice work. The crew was polite, friendly, hard-working and cleaned up after themselves.
