Brad does a great job! He was able to get us scheduled quickly after we called him. They removed thick carpet moss from our roof, cleaned our gutters, and brushed all the shingles clean. I’ve always found them to be so easy to work with. If I ever have any issues with my roof I’ve been able to call them and they will come out right away and take a look. Twice they’ve come out the next day to clear a clogged gutter. I appreciate their quality work, our roof and shed get cleaned and they leave our yard and porches all clean and free of any roof debris. I can’t recommend them enough!

Brad is a real stand up guy! My grandma had him come out to clean her roof (which desperately needed it). Brad gave her a more than fair quote and took on an incredibly tough job with his sons. They laid tarps all around and made sure her plants were out of the way of the mess. They put back everything they moved (including her plants), cleaned up the mess made, and cleaned the sides of the house too.

We gave Brad a call last night because we had a leak in the roof. We did not assume correlation was causation but felt important to check in with him regarding the new leak. He came bright and early this morning and was very nice, professional, and kind. He helped fix the issue (which was not related to his crew and their work AT ALL). He could have easily walked away when he saw the damage was not related to his team but from installation errors in the past, but he did his best to give us a fix and we are so appreciative.

Update 2 years later (2022). Brad still takes great care of us. Every year he comes out to clean and treat our roof. The other week, one of our roof tiles broke during a storm and he came right over to swap it out. While he was there he cleaned our gutters. If only every business operated like CRNW!
