Best experience I ever had with a contractor! Very responsive to my calls. Very trusting. Team of three painters pressure washed on Monday, prepped and first coat on Tuesday then second coat and trim work and done by noon on Friday! Very respectful of my property. I am pretty fussy and have not found one spot they missed! My job was difficult technically due to ladder access but they found a way to reach everywhere. I would highly recommend Colorbond Painting.

After getting bids from four companies, I picked Colorbond Painting for several jobs (2 outside and1 inside) and was very pleased with the results. They started and finished on time, and the job was done to a high standard. Very professional team with good attention to safety, given my very high, steep roof, and a two-story foyer. Communication with Bill was excellent - from the schedule, to paint selection, to flagging problems (a rotten support beam under the balcony). We built a new house in 2021 and the contractor quit part way through taking his subs with him. The original painter had only painted the street side of the exterior soffits/trim before being pulled off; and some of the pre-painted panel siding was damaged during installation. We tried to contact the subs directly to come back and finish but after a year of non-response we had to find an alternative. We contacted Bill at Colorbond and he came out the same afternoon. Excellent communication skills and expectation management. He was able to match the existing trim colors; And, much to our surprise, match the color on the damaged exterior panel siding which saved us thousands of dollars we would otherwise have spent repainting the entire house. The work was done professionally, in only a couple of days, and at a very fair price. Super nice people. We will definitely use them in the future for all of our painting needs and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Great experience using Colorbond to paint the exterior of our home. The Colorbond painting crew were all courteous and hard working. In addition to the pressure washing, prep and painting, they replaced a number of pieces of damaged siding. When our old wooden garage doors proved challenging, they "dug in" without complaint and spent quite a bit of extra time sanding and priming to ensure the new paint adhered properly. The final result is beautiful and very high quality. Highly recommended!

Although we had to wait for the weather to cooperate for some time we would have waited longer because the job they did was exceptional. ColorBond is an excellent paint contractor to work with! They went beyond our expectations to get the interior of our home ready for move in. After the previous owners moved out, we found all kinds of “extra items” like wall blemishes that needed sanding and missing baseboards that needed to be replaced. Bill and his team took care of it all within the time frame and cost estimate of the original project.

The crew from Colorbond was great to work with and is a superb value for the quality they deliver. This is the third job we've done with Bill and Colorbond. Bill was clear during the estimate about what would be delivered and as they worked they pointed out where repairs were needed and helped find solutions. They were careful of plants and kept us appraised throughout the project. The end result looks great.

Colorbond Painting did an incredible job painting the ENTIRE interior of our home! The team worked quickly over a weekend plus a few days to get our new home taken care of before we unpacked and settled in. They took on the challenge of wide knotty pine trim in the entire house, 14ft plus ceilings, all walls and ceilings, all in an over 2300sq ft house. They are kind, efficient, professional, and just really awesome people. They do an incredible job and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Colorbond was recommended by the manager of the park in which I live. Despite a constantly shifting schedule (I had two other projects going on at the same time, one of which had a few unexpected delays), and a couple of changes between the initial estimate and the actual job, they were patient and easy to work with. (In addition, they referred me to the contractor who completed one of the other projects—and for far less than I had been expecting.)

Once the other projects were finished and the schedule sorted out (and that took a few weeks), they finished the job in just two days—with minimal disruption (on one of the days, I didn't realize they'd finished until I noticed the vehicle was gone), no major touch-ups required, and all that during a couple of our wonderful bad air quality days.

The attached photos aren't terribly exciting, but they are representative of the work done (the weird tone of one of the photos is the result of the smoky haze in the air that day). The photos in which the house is yellow and the shed is brown are the before photos. The deck was rebuilt by the contractor they referred me to; staining was one of the things added to the job after the initial estimate.

Outstanding Painters! Bill Bounds and his Colorbond Painters, Brandon and James, were impeccable.They were referred by a close friend who had also had extremely good experiences with Bill and his team. Bills bid was very competitive, especially for the quality of work he does. The prep work done was thorough and completely cleaned and caulked the outside of the house. The painting itself was essentially perfect. I chose some very bright colors and they were able to create clean lines everywhere between the colors and with the white trim. Bill, Brandon, and James are all great guys who communicate well, can offer suggestions base on their vast experience, and do exactly what you have designed. Bill and Brandon have done 2 jobs at my house. First, they did the exterior painting which also included redoing the staining fo some of the cedar on the house. They did a phenomenal job. They were prompt, cleaned up, and the job looks wonderful. I felt completely comfortable with them here and even left the house unlocked when I wasn’t here in case they needed to use my bathroom. Then, this past winter they did the inside of my house. Once again, they did a phenomenal job. Everything was great. They showed up early, worked all day, cleaned up and took their time. I won’t hesitate to contact them again for any painting that I need done. In fact, I wouldn’t even call anyone else for my next needed painting project.

We would highly recommend this company. We almost made the mistake of not hiring him because his bid seemed to low. The low bid is often trouble. I did, however, ask for references and after talking with a few people who had worked with Colorbond Painting we decided to go with it. We are so glad we did.
