We discovered a water spot on the ceiling and went into attic to find a wet spot. We called Rock House Roofing. Chris Schwarting was in contact with us very quickly and made arrangements to come out 2 days later - he looked at water we discovered and outside - he discovered a metal piece sticking up from roof and felt if we removed it and sealed it - the problem would be resolved. He did that quick work for us (less than 10 minutes of work), but charged us nothing (wow - rarely do companies ever do that). Of course we will continue to monitor to make sure this resolved the problem. If not, I will be calling Rock House Roofing again! Thank you for the professionalism and help!

I was in need of a quick roof inspection. Rock House Roofing came to my rescue. I had a roof leak on a roof that was only 9 years old. No cooperation from the original installer. I contacted Rock House spoke with Heather and she was on point. Scheduled an immediate inspection. Resolved my issue saving me a lot of money being able to do a repair. Repaired the roof quickly. I highly recommend Roxk House Roofing and Heather is your girl!

I had a terrible experience with Rock House Roofing after they replaced my roof in April 2020. A persistent leak appeared in September 2024, and while they initially came out to apply a sealer, the issue wasn’t fixed. They then claimed the leak wasn’t covered under warranty and quoted an outrageous $1,000 to replace the vent stack—a part that should have been addressed during the original roof replacement.

This feels like an upsell tactic rather than a genuine solution. To make matters worse, I had unresolved issues from 2020, including misplaced 2x4s in my attic, which they promised to fix but never did. Their lack of professionalism and attempts to pass off additional charges for issues stemming from their work are incredibly frustrating.

I strongly urge anyone considering Rock House Roofing to think twice—they are unprofessional and fail to take responsibility for their mistakes.

1. Legitimacy of Reviews: I want to emphasize that all my reviews, including this one, are completely legitimate. There is nothing false or misleading about voicing my personal experience. Suggesting otherwise feels like an attempt to dismiss my concerns and intimidate me, which I find deeply disappointing.
2. BBB Complaint: Your claim that the BBB dismissed my complaint is incorrect. My complaint is still open and under review. This misrepresentation does not reflect well on your commitment to transparency and resolving issues.
3. Legal Implications: I find it unnecessary and unprofessional to bring up potential legal implications in your response. As a customer, I am entitled to share my experience publicly without fear of harassment or threats.
4. Roof Replacement and Repairs: While I appreciate that upgrades were included in my roof replacement, my concern lies with the current issue and how it has been handled. The HVAC stack base may indeed be aging, but your technician’s initial uncertainty about the source of the issue and the unsuccessful repair attempt have added to my frustration. Your narrative of the events omits my genuine concerns about the quality of service and follow-through.

While I appreciate the 10% discount offer, I would have preferred an apology for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the lack of clarity and resolution to this issue.

I contacted Steve regarding an issue with an attic window leak and he quickly responded to let me know he would have one of his guys come by same day despite being a weekend. Alex stopped by and was very pleasant to work with. He took his time investigating the issue, took pictures to show me, and let me know what he was going to do to fix it. While on the roof he took extra time (despite it being 7pm on a Saturday night) to do a full inspection of the entire roof and fixed multiple nail pops and siliconed exposed nail heads. He also said roof was in good shape despite it being 17 years old. Rock House Roofing is made up of some honest and talented guys that will remain my first choice for anything roof or attic related. I have worked with Rock House twice, initially for some roof repair and then for a full roof replacement and I would strongly recommend them for any roofing needs. They were excellent both times, Deanna was incredibly helpful and patient with getting information for the insurance claim and Alex was diligent and responsive while managing the roof installation. There was some minor damage to a screen and window during installation and Rock House and Alex took care of it without problems. A rare company which is a pleasure to work with.

It seems like the rain won't stop this winter! I saw a leak had developed in the ceiling of my guest room and had no idea where it was coming from. The ceiling had a HUGE yellowish water spot so I thought the roof may have a big problem. Called Rockhouse on a friend's recommendation and boy was I impressed! Andrew called me and arranged a roof inspection that could accommodate my 9-5 hours which was extremely helpful; if it were a cable company it'd have taken a half day PTO. I was impressed he had a drone for inspection but I live in a single level home so he was able to get up there no problem with his ladder. He took pictures of where the leak was coming from, I didn't believe it. A single nail had pushed up over time and was just funneling water into the house he said. Not being keen to heights there wasn't a chance I was getting up on the roof to see for myself. I gave him a pitcher of water to pour on the bad nail so I could see it. We went up in the attic and sure as hell that water was running straight down that beam to the guest room ceiling!!! Couldn't believe it and all it took was a small repair! His attention to detail was impressive! I had him do a tune-up on the roof to prevent this happening again. He even cleaned out my gutters as part of the tune-up. I thought I was going to shell out big money for this big leak but Andrew and the Rockhouse crew are damn good ,honest people. Glad I gave them a call. Now I need to find a good drywall team for my ceiling repair!

Fantastic company that goes the extra step for the homeowner. I am an insurance agent and I recommend Rock House to my insureds when they have a roof issue because I know they will give them an honest assessment. I was recently blown away when Stephen went out to check on a 7 year old roof and noticed it had more damage than it should at that age. He actually contacted the manufacturer of the shingle and they agreed. That insured is now getting a new roof at no cost from the manufacturer because of faulty shingles! This is obviously not the norm when it comes to a manufacturer or a roofer but 100% kudos to Rock House for looking into it and also to the manufacturer for stepping up. Rock House Roofing definitely has your back!

Rock House Roofing is the best contractor I have ever used for anything related to my house which is saying a lot. First, Deanna is terrific because she not only followed up on time consistently, but helped me with my insurance company who initially was not willing to pay for a roof replacement despite major hail and wind storm damage. She was patient, professional, and always there for me. Additionally, when the guys came out to replace the roof, they were on time with the material, did everything to spec, did it perfectly, cleaned up everything as if nothing had ever occurred, and were courteous and professional as well. We had a tree come through our roof and Rockhouse covered everything! *literally!* they came out THE NIGHT OF and lent us a tarp to use and had the hole patched within hours! Couldn’t have hired a better roofing company. Andrew and Anthony did a free inspection and initiated a claim with my insurance for me. They handled all aspects of the claim very professionally. They did that so quickly that I had to ask them to work with me while a solar attic fan was delivered as they said they would put solar panel on the new roof. They rescheduled me for the first day solar panel got here and roof went on immediately and looks beautiful. Great service! They installed a new roof when we moved in and were fast honest and explained the whole process. Earlier this month we had a limb pierce the roof. Tanner came by next day and replaced my attempt at tarp, gave me a fair quote, and was back a few days later to fix the roof. Looks exactly the same as before. Can’t recommend enough!

Long story short, a home sale for a client hit a snag at the last minute that required an inspection to confirm that some old leak damage was in fact old leak damage. Drew was able to get out and handle it next day, and salvaged a sale for my clients who are moving out of state. He was super responsive and professional, and my clients are happily on to their new home. Fantastic experience!

I hate leaving negative reviews; however, I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 3 to capture both the prior service and the more recent [lack of] service.

After a great experience with Rock House Roofing last year, I reached out to have some additional work done this year. On 1/10, Steve let me know via text that he'd come by the following week to complete the repair. On 1/28, I followed up and was told they'd be out that Monday or Tuesday due to the weather and being backed up. Understandable. On 1/31, he said they were still coming that week, and that was the LAST I heard from him or anyone else at the company. In a last attempt, I called the office on 3/13 and left my info for a callback. I reiterated that I had connected with Steve previously, that I had also worked with Drew, and that I still wanted the work done. No one ever returned my call. How disappointing!

2022 Review:
Water was leaking behind my gutters, and I had reached out to three companies prior to this one. I had all but given up because none had returned my calls. I spotted a Rock House Roofing truck one day while running errands. Long story short, they called me back the same day (a Sunday), they inspected the next day (Monday), and the work was completed the following Monday. Who knew that my years-long headache could be solved in one week!?!

They were very responsive from the start. My questions were answered promptly, and they were professional from start to finish. I will never use another roofing company-- the service cannot be beat!

We just bought our house not long ago when a storm hit. With us wanting this to be our forever home, I reached out to Randall. When I asked him about the process and how to set up an inspection, he went above and beyond and showed up to our house within the hour! Very professional and showed us the damages to our roof. Called and set up the claim FOR US! Roughly 2 weeks later they dropped the material off and completed our roof replacement the next day. The guys didn’t even stop when the weather was testing.

If I could rate higher than 5 starts I would. Our home now looks even more beautiful, and we know we have a reliable, ROCK HOUSE ROOF!
