Five stars are not sufficient to reflect the experience I had with Rocco's Construction. Joe and his sons, Tyler and John, renovated a commercial space for my new coffee bar business. Their team was onsite early every morning during the buildout and they were consistently accessible to me for any questions and concerns. Their team has excellent communication skills which made the buildout process seamless and didn't add extra stress to an already challenging process of opening a new business. The high quality of the resulting buildout is now obvious to all who walk in. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend Joe Rocco / Rocco’s Construction highly enough. For the past 15+ years, Joe has done just about everything in our now 50-year-old house, including numerous interior renovations, extensive water damage remediation, bathroom remodeling, roofing repairs, and exterior renovations (decks/railing/new outbuilding). Throughout all of the work Joe has done for us over the years, the most impressive things are his commitment to high quality work, his responsiveness, his conscientiousness, and his integrity. He’s also very creative at coming up with solutions that never occurred to us.
Finally, Joe is an incredibly nice guy, and a pleasure to work with! I don’t review much, but good work, and good people, should be recognized. There’s nothing in our home I wouldn’t hire Joe to do.

Joe and his team were amazing! We had a bathroom remodel which was more like a rebuild! Joe was there every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect. He even offered suggestions to some of our ideas which we liked better! Even the the dog loves the new bathroom!! He is a fair and honest businessman. We are already discussing ideas for a kitchen remodel with Joe and his team. You can trust Rocco Construction for all your construction needs!

Rocco Construction installed new sliding glass doors and new deck flooring with railings and gate at my home in Rehoboth, DE. Joe Rocco was always responsive through some supply chain delays and did an excellent job on the installations. He also went above and beyond to address some issues with existing plantation shutters that did not easily work with the new sliding doors. I highly recommend Rocco Construction.

Joe Rocco continually met and exceeded expectations when we had our home rehabbed. He was very responsive to all our needs, questions and showed professionalism throughout our project. Joe returned every phone call and ensured we were happy regarding every aspect of the remodel. He excels at problem solving, creative thinking, and thoroughly embraced the various needs/concerns we had with our home. My wife and I can not recommend him enough. Rocco Construction Llc Came highly recommended by someone in our neighborhood. His company remodeled two bathrooms and added a separate space for a washer/dryer on the second floor of our home. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations both in appearance and quality of workmanship. The washer/dryer required taking space from two closets adding plumbing and gas line for dryer. They accomplished this still leaving enough space for the two closets. The most impressive aspect of Rocco Construction Llc is they arrived on time every day and responded to your phone calls. They left the job site clean everyday.
About a month after completion of our remodel the dryer indicated low venting and a call to Joe Rocco and they responded the next day and problem resolved. If your interested in a highly professional company to complete your project I would recommend you call Rocco Construction Llc.
