Thomas has helped us out at our home several times, and each time his work has been fantastic, thorough and fairly priced. He is so easy to work with and extraordinarily friendly. We have had him help us out on three different projects and would gladly do so again. He is not only a consummate professional but such a kindly fellow as well.

i called them to asked for estimate on repairs on our roof, we had an appointment schedule the next day, after inspecting our roof i was given options and cost of repair, but the damage was so extended that we decided to go with a new roof. Price was very reasonable, Mr. Robinson was available to answer any questions and personally repair some of the problems that were the results from another company that did a very poorly job on our windows and gutters replacement back in dec 2022. The old lady(our sweet home) is very happy with her new looks. thank you guys, and god bless you, keep up the good work

Very easy to deal with. I got a good estimate for some gutter work. Easy to schedule the work. Crew was punctual and did a great job in being responsible and respectful of our house. Everything was cleaned up before they left... matter of fact, it looked better after they left. Deal with them in confidence if you're looking for dependable work on your gutters.

I contacted them three weeks ago for an estimate, got it the next day and they offered to resend it with a first responder discount, I haven't heard from them since. I left two messages and have emailed several times, I then gave up and obtained a quote from another company. This company was $600 less expensive even when adding an additional repair item. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received and am thankful another company was able to help.

No additional estimate was received, I went back in my email twice to look. If one had actually been sent I would assume I would've received a response to my email on 09/08 when I checked in or would've gotten a returned call. The response to my review was the first response received since 09/01. Overall, very disappointed in this experience and will be sure to steer friends and family away from this company.

Robinson’s is a company that will do small and large jobs- with excellent communication, professionalism, reliability and reasonable prices. We found Robinson’s several years ago after having another contractor ghost us when our homeowners’ insurance adjuster decided that we would only need some shingles replaced versus a full roof replacement. Over the years Thomas has done four separate small jobs on our roof including replacing missing and broken shingles, our ridge vent, and a gutter. We most recently had our roof completely replaced. Thomas and Brandy helped us with explanations of the various roofing products and differences in the products to assist with our decision. The crew that replaced our roof were Robinson’s employees opposed to a subcontractor. They arrived at 7 AM and were done before 2 PM. They did a great job cleaning up the roofing debris and protecting the landscaping around our house. Thank you, Thomas, Brandy, and the Robinson’s crew.

Robinson's Roofing is a superb company! They are very professional and honest. My husband and I are extremely pleased with their level of service and quality. They responded to us very quickly about getting a quote. They were available the next week to install a new garage roof and gutters. The crew is very hardworking and super flexible about special requests. They included us on all of the decision making and did exactly what we requested. I just wanted to write a review as a thank you to Robinson Roofing. Earlier this year my Dad fell off the roof while helping me get Christmas lights off the roof. He grabbed the gutter on the way down. It was a 911 emergency and it became a very traumatizing memory; especially every time I looked at that bent up gutter above my garage. It was a constant reminder. I called around and Robinson was the only company to return my call. Thomas came out did an estimate and within a week they had a crew out to repair it. The cost was very fair, the crews were professional and friendly (even taking the time to show me the difference between the gutters they used versus the ones my builder used). Paying the bill was a smooth transaction. Everything just worked out better than I could have possibly hoped and the new gutter looks great! I highly recommend Robinson Roofing. Thank you guys so much for helping me and my family through this terrible experience in our lives. We really appreciate you.

The roofers left today- They did a great, quality, install at a great price. Prior to the job being done I worked with Brandy who provided me with a quote. She was very responsive to all of my questions and very professional. It was truly a great experience to work with Robinsons.

Great company. Highly recommended for any roofing issues. Honest, Knowledgeable, and Quality workmanship. Just by showing a video and the location of the leak they knew what the issue was. Came back the same day as the free estimate to make the repair.

I got a leak in my house caused by debris building up between my garage roof and the main house. This caused water to splash over the flashing. Thomas came out and looked and it and even tossed the trash off. Did not try to sell me on work I didn't need. And the estimate was free. When it IS time for roof repairs this company will be my first stop!

Robinson roofing gave me an estimate within a day of my request. Their request was much lower than others. Thomas answered all my questions confirming with me that they are an honest and reputable company. After the work was finished m, they sent me before and after photos confirming that the work was completed. I’d use them again.

Words like dependable and professional get thrown around these days and then turn out to be false. If your looking for a nice guy who does what he says when he says, and does the job correctly the first time. Then call Thomas. I've known the owner since he was young. He's always been very respectful. I asked him recently why he chose this profession? He said he loves to be on roofs. He loves his job. 99% of the time if you love something....your good at it. His prices are competitive. He's a polite young man with a great work ethic. His up and coming company is going to make a splash in Fredericksburg. Had Robinson’s Roofing come to repair the roof at my in-laws house. A storm had knocked off a half dozen shingles from the roof. Thomas was quick to respond and immediately assessed the situation upon arrival. He gave us a fair estimate and replaced the shingles that same day.
