artisan quality roofing did a fantastic job fixing my roof. the shingles had been replaced just 4 years prior. unfortunately, the company that did the work initially wouldn't back their workmanship. from Randall (the estimator) to the office communication, to the work that Kyle and his team completed, everything was first-rate. Kyle explained to me what was done wrong by the previous company and how they would have done (and indeed did) the job. We recently had our roof replaced and Julian, who was our sales rep, was fantastic. The turnaround was impressively quick; our roof was replaced within a week, eliminating any lengthy wait times. Julian enlightened us with knowledge about roofs, shingles, and gutters, more than we ever thought we'd learn. We believe in paying for quality, and this service was worth every penny. We left our project in Arlington in the morning and returned home to a brand new roof. The experience couldn't have been any better. The team also ensured to clean up after the job was done and were thoughtful enough to let our dog out before they left. Our gutters were also replaced, and they look stunning. They made sure to clean up any mess and employed magnetic tools to pick up any stray nails. There was a slight tweak needed and they handled it quickly and thoroughly.
