Sara and Craedon explained the whole process of getting roof approved through insurance and answered all of the questions I had!

Jenny with Robinhood Roofing knocked on our door and offered to do a free inspection of our roof. She explained their main goal is to help us replace our roof if it has been damaged by something covered by our insurance provider, that way we would only have to pay our deductible. She did her inspection and figured it was worth a shot. We gave her our insurance information, they sent out their own inspector and we qualified! Robinhood Roofing set everything up and made things extremely easy for my wife and I. I was blown away that they did our house, attached garage and detached garage while only taking nine hours to complete everything. Jenny, Nathan and Cannon are who we were in contact with and they were all very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!

Robinhood Roofing stopped by my home and gave an honest inspection of my roof. They recommended that we replace our roof through insurance. We filed a claim and went through the whole process and got denied. Sure enough, Robinhood ran reports on the home and overturned the denial into a full roof approval! We only paid our $500 deductible!! Truly a blessing. The install crews installed quality shingles and reroofed the entire home in 1 day! The whole team was super easy to work with, from the inspection team to the finance team to the install crews. I couldn't even find a shingle or nail in my yard after. VERY IMPRESSED with this company of young professionals. Everyone we came into contact with was very charming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROBINHOOD ROOFING!!!!!

Dax and Robinhood Roofing took great care of us! They helped navigate every step of the insurance claim process and even got approval for all new rain gutters!
Everything from the initial roof assessment, consultation, product replacement selection, install and clean-up was impressive and professional! We also appreciated that the entire project was completed in less than 2 days! (Even our neighbors and friend who is a contractor was impressed.) They used the highest quality of materials and a very seasoned install team!

We had been putting off fixing our roof due to the cost. But Sarah from Robinhood Roofing worked directly with our insurance company so we ended up only having the deductible to pay. Then Craden's team made fast work of it - pretty much done in a day, including cleaning. Great work, team!

Dax Luke Caden and the rest of the roof crew were very good and easy to work with. Job got done when said it would. Crew cleaned up great and gave feedback of job done.

I was given an honest appraisal of my roof. Great company! Rather then sell me something I didn't need i was told my roofs condition was decent and would last me more years. Not many honest people left like this.

Luke came to my house to check and fix roof leaking.. He did quick diagnosis and fix it right away.. and also checked other side of roof to see any defect and shared photos and videos. Great work..!!!

Gregory came and gave an honest review of my roofs aging and condition. He and his associate Dax were very pleasant. They let me know that although my house is 18 years old, I probably still had a few years left on my current shingles and would recommend I wait and try to get more life out of them. I appreciate that I wasn’t pressured into repairs that were not necessary at this time.
Refreshing to be treated like that in this modern era. I will definitely get back in touch with them when I need their services.

Polite and enterprising young men. Climbed up on my roof and took some pictures to give me a good idea of the condition it was in. Gave me honest advice even though it didn’t net them the immediate sale. When the time does come to replace my roof, they’ll be my first call.

Dax and his crew knocked on my door hoping to be able to inspect my roof and get it covered under insurance. I told them they could try but we’d already tried that with our insurance and they denied us. He got up on the roof and did his inspection then honestly told me that it wouldn’t be worth it because the only signs of “damage” were due to age which insurance would not cover. Very nice guys.

Dax Shippen was great. I usually wave off " free" consults because of the hard sell after. But Dax was not at all pushy. We connected great with his open, honest, and friendly attitude. He took a few pictures of my roof, explained clearly what to look for when I was ready to replace. And was knowledgeable about how the insurance works. Very glad I didn't wave him away.
....and I think "Dax" is the coolest name ever!

Dax was great to work with. We wanted to know what kind of damage we had on our older roof and if it needed replacing. Dax gave us his professional opinion and said we could hold off a while longer. No pressure, and we appreciated the honesty and not being sold a new roof we didn’t need yet. We will for sure use this company in the future.
