Before Robin Hood did my roofing, I didn't know that there could be so many issues related to roofing. I did the roofing in Spring. Firstly, my Range Hood stopped working due to the debris falling from roofing clogged the fan. It took them about a month to correct the issue. Then, one part of the gutter started pouring out water in rainy days. Two months later, they sent one person to check it and said the gutter was clogged by debris. Now it is winter, and after I turned on the heater, water leaked from roof to my heater and soaked a good portion of my basement. The heater technician said the water is from the chimney as it was damaged somehow during the roofing. This time, nobody would come for a repair. I am still searching for a solution. That is how terrible a careless roofing contractor could bring to you! Be aware!

Nothing but professionalism and quality all the way through. The sales representative guided us through everything with tons of advice and clarified any and smoothed the way for effective interaction with our insurers. We had a full roof replacement and, because our roof has several steep sections, it made the job extend over three days. The crew was great, cleaning up after every day and doing a quality job. I was little fascinated by their motorized ladder hoist (totally irrelevant to this review but, it was cool). The project manager., Duane, was super-responsive and was a great help to us. If you want worry-free roof repairs, call these guys.

Our sales representative Matt Krusinger was amazing. He worked with us to get insurance approval for new roof which no other company was able to do. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism so much that we contacted him to have windows and siding done. He gives all details of job you need done from product details, length of time for job completion, and total cost. He was so understanding with our situation and I greatly appreciate all he has done for us. I would recommend him to everyone that needs home improvements

Nick and his crews are amazing! He replaced our roof, siding and gutters. Great communication. On time. Cleaned up every day. And stood by his work. We saw some slight bowing on the trim of our siding and the crew was out to fix it immediately. We have done a lot of renovations in the past, and this was one of the smoothest jobs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Robin Hood Restoration. First off, they have gone above and beyond in finding a certain color siding color for me. They have given me countless options for colors and styles. Communication has been excellent and they showed up the day they said they would. So far they have done my roof and I cannot be more pleased. From start to finish they had it done in a full day. The advised me about a leak that they saw while up on my roof and fixed it while they were up there. Their clean up was excellent. No nails or debris were found on my property at all. Definitely 5 stars.

Robin Hood Restoration did a great job replacing my roof! The salesman was very polite and informative, and was very thorough in explaining things I did not understand. They were there every step of the way, and made sure the insurance company caught all the damage that was there. They upgraded my shingles for free and they look fantastic!

Don't waste your time. They will try to get you with their pamphlet saying they can get your roofing at little to no cost through insurance. Then to only end up not even showing up to the insurance adjuster appointment. The supervisor, Nick, does not have the decency to call and say they couldn't make the appointment. Instead he was more considered about how I received his number. This was the most unprofessional experience I had as a homeowner and I will make sure to let others know.

I want to thank Robin Hood Restoration for the great job they did on my roof! Total professionalism all the way. I had very little stress or worry for the whole process. I recently had Robinhood Restoration out to my house to replace the roof. As part of this service, they inspected all the plywood under the previous roofing material, replaced as necessary and reinforced the flashing around dormer windows upstairs. The Robinhood team provided me a detailed summary of the work and a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the cost and quality of work. I would contract with Robinhood Restoration for other work and I highly recommend Billy and the Robinhood team.

Billy H. was very helpful throughout our restoration process. Communication is always key for me and Billy kept me up to date with every step of the rebuilding of our roof and siding. A wonderful company. Joseph came out and got us fully approved! Couldn't have asked for a better/unstressed experience. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Oh and not to mention the roof looks amazing too!
