The men with Robin Hood Roofing were so very pleasant to work with. They are intelligent, well informed, and produced an excellent new roof for me. I would use them again anytime!

Dan & I was so pleased with the professional job that was done on our roof. It was done in one day and clean up was amazing.

Jay and Tyler went above and beyond my expectations to provide us with a beautiful new roof. They handled most of the insurance portion of the entire thing.
Their crew was to notch as well. They had all of the flowers and bushes covered with tarps by 7AM and were cleaned up and gone before 3PM.
I would like to add that after calling my insurance agent on another matter, I just mentioned to him that I had my roof replaced, he did whatever agents do and called me back to say that my homeowners insurance would be $180.00 less for the coming year because of the new roof

Jay with Robin Hood Roofing was great to work with. He walked through every step with us on the insurance claim process, was onsite to meet the insurance adjusters, and explained the claim. The day of the work came, Jay was here and his crew went at it. It took 8 hours to complete. The roof looks great. The grounds were cleaned and picked up. Robin Hood Roofing just replaced the roof on my house this week. They did a great job installing the roof which involved tearing off the old roof.
The installation looks great and they did a good cleanup around the house.
Jay was very thorough in his communication regarding the installation details and answered all of my questions and concerns.

FABULOUS could not even begin to describe the awesome experience of working with Jay and Tyler. Their professionalism and knowledge was just as expected from the first time we met them. I had a mystery leak during some hard rain. They came out the next day and within 5 minutes identified and fixed the problem for free! They have a truly kind and trustworthy way of doing business!

Robin Hood Roofing was fantastic throughout the entire process. My roof suffered hail damage during a recent storm and Robin Hood Roofing was referred to me by one of their previous customers. These guys were AWESOME! Jay was an absolute rock star dealing with my (soon to be FORMER) insurance company - couldn't have done it without him!

Tyler and Jay were both incredibly responsive, and very detail oriented throughout the process - doing an incredible job of keeping me in the loop on what was going on.

The roofing crew showed up right on schedule, completed project ahead of schedule, were very professional and courteous and did an absolutely perfect job of cleaning up when complete. If you didn't see the new roof you would never know anyone had been here working.

I needed a full roof replacement recently ( April ) and naturally I am very skeptical of contractors. While shopping around I came across Robin Hood Roofing. When I called, Tyler answered and scheduled an estimate for the next day. My roof was sheathed and replaced less than two weeks later. The installation crew was on time, accommodating and they also left the exterior of my house damn near spotless. My next project will be replacing the metal roof on my deck. Tyler will be my first call.

Tyler, the owner, was great from start to finish! We had a hail storm that damaged our roof. He worked with our insurance company to make sure we got the right coverage for everything that was damaged. He is very accommodating for any issues that might come up. He communicates with your throughout the process and shows up when he says he will. That is rare these days! Robin Hood Roofing recently replaced the roof on my house, pool house and pump house., This was because of heavy storm and hail damage. This was a very complex project. It included a lot of copper repair and a total gutter and downspout replacement. Robin Hood roofing handled all interaction with the insurance company. I had very little involvement. We had a great experience with Robin Hood Roofing! Following a recent major storm, we had no less than 15 roofing companies, mostly from the other side of Atlanta, contact us via mail or knocking on our front door. In all honesty, most of the companies seemed shady. When Robin Hood Roofing stopped by our house, something was different. They just seemed honest. We decided to move forward with Robin Hood and the entire process was seamless and they proved their integrity over and over. Jay, Colin and Tyler all provided true concierge service throughout the process, and were even onsite the entire day of the install, ensuring everything was done right. Someone from this company trespassed on our property, passing 3 “No Trespassing” signs and placed a flyer for this business on my door which has a posted “no soliciting” sticker CLEARLY on the door. When I called to find out why they trespassed and left a flyer in an attempt to solicit, the man said “it’s the American way, just trying to make a living.” The American way should be to respect other people’s property and rights and not trespass or solicit when there are posted signs EVERYWHERE. Do better.

Got a new roof from Robin Hood Roofing and was very satisfied with the whole process. Tyler called and checked on the insurance process and made sure I was taking care of throughout. When everything finally came through the roof was installed the first nice day. They did a great job during the day of install and answered and fixed every problem and question I had.
