The entire experience with NBG was great. They offered us a wide variety of products and did not try to force a decision with high-pressure sales tactics. They kept us informed as to when the project would start (we confirmed in the winter so the weather prevented it from starting right away). The installation was very professional and the cleanup was so thorough, you could not tell they were ever there.

Daniel and John were great. When Daniel came to my door he was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He filled me in on Nelson building group and how the process would go, and most importantly it went exactly how he said it would. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get the new roof on, but they did a great job keeping me updated and did not leave any debris/ nails around the yard when finished.

Nelson building did my roof on the weekend of April 9th and 10th 2022.. The owner John was very accommodating we were having a hard time deciding on what roof color to go with John came over to our house a few times with shingle samples and laid them in the driveway and left them there so we could see what they would look like during the sun and the shade and when they got wet. His crew was very professional and courteous and made sure that they cleaned up when they were done you couldn't even tell that they just put on a roof that weekend there was no signs of debris. John went to both my neighbors and thank them for their time and apologize if there was any inconvenience not too many people would do that if you're looking for a quality company with very fair pricing then give Nelson builders a call
