We had a very good experience so far with Elite Remodeling. They are always quick to get back with any questions or concerns we have had. We are so pleased with the gutters and fascia and now just waiting on windows. We will show pictures of finished product.

These windows are exactly what I wanted. Sliders with screens. Andrew sealed everything up from inside and outside, and kept my window ledge for me as I requested. I would definitely call erg (elite remodeling group) again when I need to have remodeling on my house. Daniel, thank you for going that extra mile with regard to my request about a change in financing and explaining what my options were. An excellent experience. Thank you.

When I mentioned that my screen had been damaged to a rep at a festival boothe, he wrote a note, and the next day the company reached out and got the screen replaced within a week. Most companies wouldn't even bother with something as simple as a screen repair, let alone do it in a decent timeframe. This is one way that ERG sets itself apart.

Fantastic job on the installation and modifications needed. Our old window was about 1’ too long and went under an exterior wall that was part of a remodel. The old window came out, the opening reframed and the new one installed. Entire process took about 3 hours and looks fantastic.

Very professional salesman explained everything, video presentation was excellent. Warranty is awesome and transferable. No pressure sales and excellent financing.

Howard was a pleasant guy to hear from.
We are looking to switch the other half of our windows..he was very patient and personal but unfortunately, it was a bit above our personal budget even though the windows and glass were of great quality.

I would have put zero star if I could. They do not want to help after they get paid. The people are very rude and treat you like you are stupid. I have had a leak ever since they replaced my roof and they refuse to fix their mistakes. Horrible.

We bought 16 windows and 1 patio door. Our salesman was not high pressure. After discussing the windows, we understood the excellent quality of the windows made in the US. The installers were very skilled/careful in moving ladders and windows through the house. They took their time caulking, and finishing the windows; very expertly done. We are very happy with ERG and recommend them!

Professional work. Showed up on time. Did the work exactly within the quoted time. The replacement windows are of a superior design with a lifetime warranty. Happy with my new windows.

Attic insulation installed-Sales team was courteous and technician was knowledgeable, but I was not forewarn I had over abundance mold and I had to correct the issue.

We met the company at an event in Wauconda. They were quick with getting someone out to us to look at our foggy/moldy windows. Josh came out to our house and gave us the rundown on our windows and really worked with us to fit our budget and didn't pressure us at all to make an uncomfortable decision. I'm glad with what we went with and we know our options if we decide down the line if we want to expand on our project. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

We had the best experience with ERG! We came across their booth at a local event, and they came to our house to meet with us the following week. We had a very impressive demonstration and explanation of the benefits of climate solutions windows, which ERG installs. We accepted the proposal, someone came to our house to measure our windows a few days later, and less than a month later we had all of our new windows installed. Two men showed up to install them and they were so, so kind! Just great customer service all around. They were on time, and made quick work of installing 10 windows beautifully! I was just so impressed with their work. Isaiah and Jensen were our installers, and I can’t say enough good things about them! They left no mess whatsoever inside or outside. Everything is absolutely beautiful! We trusted them in our home while we were not there to install the windows and I just cannot say enough good things about them. I would also like to point out that they re-attached all of our window treatments after they finished installing the windows. I was just so impressed with this gesture. I would never have expected them to do it, but I so appreciated it. It’s the little things that matter. I just want to say thank you so much for your great service, and we will recommend you to everyone we know!

The install and everything went great. The roof looks awesome. However, it is severely overpriced. I was made to feel like a burden when asking insurance questions, I'm a first time home owner and new to understanding the ins and outs of insurance. I felt pressured onto signing a contract with them in order to show insurance we were serious. Again, the work is great. I just felt very pressured to move forward with them for insurance coverage which even after 100% coverage, I still had a very high balance. It was a lesson learned so thank you for that.

I had a roof replaced by ERG, nothing but problems with their poor quality. They were the most expensive quote I received, so I had hoped the quality would be better. The entire roof was wavy, I gave it a few months to see if it would flatten and it did not. They came out to fix part of the roof after lots of begging and complaining.
Now I'm 3 years into my 5 year warranty and the side they did not fix is still way to wavy and will most likely leak. They have been completely unresponsive to my request.
Avoid them at all costs.

Wish I could post a Happy review, but to date it has been a frustrating process. Other than them cashing the deposit check. there has been no communication that I didn't start. Every call to them has been answered with a delay of some sort, The factory is backed up, the door didn't pass quality control UGH frustrating process. More to come I'm sure ... will edit as appropriate...

Had an appointment to get a quote for garage ceiling insulation. Salesman insisted that we needed to reschedule to a time that my wife and I could both be present, stating it was 'company policy.' When I pushed for an explanation he stated that not having us both present could lead to to much wasted time with 'design changes.' It's freaking insulation in a ceiling...how many 'design changes' could there possibly be?

**EDIT**After canceling my appointment for insulation they continue to hound me with texts trying to make windows, doors, and roofing appointments. Don't want any of those things... I wanted insulation.

**2ND EDIT** as stated below, they "ensured' that I would never hear from them again. But they continue to hound me via text and email regularly. I've blocked so many numbers and email addresses but still I hear from them.

The salesman was pushy and rude claiming that my husband and I had "wasted an afternoon he could have spent with his wife." When we opted to go in a different direction, the manager was extremely professional and wanted to offer a discount on the windows. We accepted the offer.

The install was fine - team was courteous and professional. However, the windows have had many issues as seen in photos. The living room window leaked causing damage to the walls. The company said this was not due to the install, but they came and checked, said they would be back after a few rains to see if there were further issues. They were unresponsive to text messages when I asked about a date for them to return. After three months, I offered to fix the damage on our own and just requested the replacement for the window stripping. No response.

Now the sliders will not close, pieces have come off, and we are in limbo with what to do next this issue since September. We are so disappointed in the follow up and lack of professionalism.

UPDATE: Kevin came out promptly to fix the door. The window product seems to be the main culprit.

Signed up with then in summer before we got engaged. Told the salesman Adam that we were going to hold off because of the upcoming wedding. Still kept spamming me. Told Adam to stop spamming and to touch back in 2024 as we need to get our windows done.

Still wouldn’t stop spamming me. Sleezy salesman who won’t stop pushing. Don’t contact them, they won’t leave you alone.

We will be getting our windowed done just not from you.

The salesman was great. Really sold us on the product.

Now that the windows have been installed, we’re on our second winter and we aren’t happy. These windows are so drafty. We can feel a significant temperature change all around the frame of the window. And when it’s cold enough there is Ice buildup on the inside. We feel like we were sold a Poot quality product. Should have gone with someone else.

Fabulous company to work with. Chris and Alex were very helpful in the quoting process, answered all my questions and made everything so easy. Windows came in ahead of schedule, and Jacob and his install crew were amazing! They competed the job ahead of their time estimate and were so professional and friendly. Windows look incredible! I could not be happier with my ERG experience!

ERG is fantastic with customer service and window installation. I am very impressed with two employees. They worked diligently and made sure the windows fit perfectly. Most definitely, l will refer my friends and family.

Used ERG to replace both roof and windows. Very responsive and on time. Chris and Ken remained flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Its crews were also professional. Neighbors were also complimentary of new windows.

The salesman was good… the installer had zero customer service and a very poor attitude. I was told that installers that work for ERG and specialized in window install only, would come out and install my windows. A guy showed up in a van with his own company label on it, he peeled off his magnet that stated his company name and then came into my house. I asked him if he worked for ERG, he said no, I asked him what he specializes in and he said everything, (Except respecting customers). So when this guy was done, I asked him to stay while I checked to see if the windows even opened and closed. We found scratches and defects on a few window frames. He said “not my problem” and walked away. I asked him for a business card and he got pisssd off, handed me a paper of a contract that wasn’t even filled out with his name, then slapped his magnet back on his van and left. So I called the rep, he took care of my issues. Now I get my statement online… and I have an interest charge and activation fee, before I even pay my first bill… over all this was a horrible experience, left me the feeling of getting robbed, buyers remorse sort of thing. Should of just went with a local guy…. And saved a ton of money. I would NOT recommend this company and have told everyone who is asking about/talking about getting windows installed NOT to use ERG.

Fair pricing fast installation arrived early on installation day and finished ahead of schedule the 2 guys that came to install were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Much appreciated, and highly recommended.

I had them change the escape windows in my basement. The installer did a great job installing the windows. My basement is now noticeably warmer.

Highly recommend ERG. They boarded up a window from storm damage in the interim while awaiting custom window order, replacing 3 windows for us. The installation went very smooth, professional service throughout the process and they look great. All snug and tight for the cold weather!

ERG was great to work with. Their products are high quality. I bought a few replacement windows 3 years ago. They have been great and so we just replaced all the windows in the whole house. The sales process was reasonable and low pressure. The installers were super professional and respectful. They did a great job! I would highly recommend using ERG.

Very satisfied with Elite Remodeling Group. Price was better than Pella's estimate. Window installation was flawless. My neighbors have complemented the work. My house was left clean. This is an excellent company. Grateful and happy.

Had a sliding patio door installed last year. Everything went well and the door worked great (the sliding screen is a little tight and hard to open/close, but no biggie there). Earlier this year the lock/latch started having some issues and you have to have it positioned just right to lock/unlock. I tried filling out a service request, but their system is impossible. You need all of this information, which is not on the sliding door. I was finally able to get in touch with someone on the phone, which turned into sending pictures and emails, after many of which, I found out they though I was talking about a window. I STILL have not heard anything from them, going on 9 months later! (1st response I got was Feb 26) And to top that off, they actually had the audacity to call me to see if there were any other projects I wanted to do with them this year. HA! How about you fix the first project I did with you.

*Update:
Within fifteen minutes of posting this the company contacted me and had a repair tech in the area. He was here within 30 minutes and fixed the door. Can't up this to 4 or 5 stars because it shouldn't have come to that, but the tech was great and friendly and informative.

Four new basement windows were installed. There was some wait for the windows to arrive after the initial order. But once the windows became available, the work was performed when advised without any delays. Actual job was performed in less than half a day and the new windows are a great improvement. The job was performed and completed professionally with good cosmetic results. Also, the workers left all work areas very clean with no extra cleanup required by me. Good communication throughout the order/replacement process. Very satisfied.

Came same day to provide estimate. Very professional and personable. Answered all our questions. They were able to schedule a date for the new roof within 2 weeks of the day of estimate. Brand new roof done in about 8 hours. I highly recommend Elite Remodeling Group for windows and roofing services.

We once again have had terrific service from Elite. Daniel arrived promptly, was very respectful, knowledgeable and fixed both issues quickly. He left the work sites immaculate. Highly recommend Elite and Daniel!

Have been using ERG to update or windows and doors. This is the third time. Love the quality of the products and service of install. Josh was personable and very knowledgeable of the products. Recommend using them for windows and doors.

I wish I could give a zero rating. I told them that I didn't want someone around my area to give me an estimate, but they call back daily. Then after the 3rd time of saying no I start blocking their number, so they call on another number. I've had to block 6 phone numbers that say they're "Devin from Elite!" My gosh! Stop calling!

Update - they keep texting me now. I have opted out, but continue to get text. PLEASE STOP! I don’t even own a house anymore.
