I hate to post this, I have tried to be patient. But I turned in a Pole Saw back at the beginning of October 2024 with ACE of Laurens. They told me 8-10 weeks. I understood. I came back in January after not hearing from them, the pole saw was lost. After two more months (March 2025) of not hearing from them, I went back in and the pole saw was in the back but still has not been fixed they said they were behind but just hired another person. I waited another two months, still no call, I walked in asking about my pole saw and they said the guy was out and he would call me. Two more months pass by and no call. I walked back into the store in June of 2025, asking about updates and they told me it would be worked on the very next day........Now it's the end of July and still no call and still no Pole Saw. I'm trying to be nice and understanding but this is ridiculous!
Extremely friendly staff eager to help not like going to one of the competing big box stores. So grateful our smaller family owned business is still exist.
Helpful staff, good selection of items for small town hardware store. Reasonably priced merchandise. Always try to support local small businesses first.
