We used Champion at our previous home several years ago and had a great experience and loved our windows. So, we decided to use Champion again for our current home. Our representative Courtney did not disappoint. She thoroughly went over everything again for us. We enjoyed working with her! She was punctual, knowledgeable about the product, and a pleasure to work with!

As of now we don’t have our windows yet, we just got them ordered. But our experience with Courtney was amazing! She did a walkthrough of the house, told us which windows were in rough shape and others that are less priority. She provided a full overview of the company, their products (with demonstration), and financing options. If you are looking for new windows, Champion is the #1 place to go. Not only do they do all the installs, but they actually custom create the windows perfect for your home. I’m so excited to work with this company on our window project! If you call them, ask for Courtney to give you a quote! She is the sweetest and very personable with enough knowledge to answer any question you may have!

We needed new widows on our house, I requested a quote and Courtney came up to our home. She was very plesant and well spoken. She took the time to go over the product and a great demonstration. She listen to our concerns and needs and gave us insight on our windows as we walked around the property. I chose to purchase replacement windows from Champion because of the demonstration. I was presented with samples, descriptions, explanations, a wildly creative heat lamp display. It seemed like this product is made the old fashioned way: Quality and building on expertise. They make what they sell. For decades, I might add. I'm looking forward to getting my windows, and more in the future.

It’s impossible to say enough good things about Justin. I was having difficulty getting the windows I bought from Champion approved through my HOA but Justin took care of it all for me. He even offered me a full refund but I chose to have him help me . My windows were approved today and he even drove quite a distance to my home between his appointments to take photos and submit them to the HOA yes the windows are expensive but having Champion windows is a plus, especially if you’re selling your home. The warranty is for a lifetime and is transferable it covers anything and everything so don’t look any further than Champion for your new windows they will treat you right

He’s punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend Erik for anyone looking to have work done by Champion.

After much research, we chose Champion Windows to replace 17 windows in our aging home. The process started off strong—shortly after signing the contract and making the first payment, Champion moved quickly to take official measurements and place the order (7 February 2025). By late March, we were informed the windows had been manufactured and were ready for installation.

The installation took place on 4 April 2025. Unfortunately, 14 of the 17 windows were manufactured with the incorrect grid pattern (white instead of black). Champion proceeded with installation, assuring us the 14 incorrect windows would be reordered and replaced as soon as possible.

On 7 May 2025, we received an automated email confirming that the replacement windows had been officially ordered. However, as of today (26 June 2025), we have not received any updates regarding manufacturing status, shipping, or installation timeline. After calling Champion’s service department, we were told to expect an update within three business days.

While Champion appears to produce a quality window, our overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Due to the prolonged delays and lack of communication, I find it difficult to recommend Champion Windows (Columbia, SC) at this time.

Kaitlyn Ogden, was superb! She helped us choose the colors for our new front door, bringing it up to date with all that goes with the replacements! She was extremely thorough, from top to bottom! She was very patient and professional helping us decide what we needed! And we can’t wait to see the start & finish project! Thank you very much, Kaitlyn!!!

Tom and Tom did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions and concerns during the installation process. They left everything clean and I would highly recommend. We were pleased with the outcome.

I got my windows from champion 2009. They’re going the best windows I’ve ever had. I recommend them to anyone.

Your representative worked hard for the sale. Her presentation was excellent. I just don't like spru of the moment purchases. I was a NO person thru and thru at that time. She worked with me on price and we came to an agreement.

I purchased a home in December that was more than 40 years old. After excessive heating bills during the winter, I decided to invest in energy improvement for the summer using the proceeds from the sale of my previous home. That included replacing all 10 original windows (which didn't even open) with brand new ones.

I met with multiple local companies but chose to go with Champion because I could tell their product was superior—especially in terms of keeping heat out during the summer and cold during the winter. What really sold me, though, was that Damien, the salesman, not only had a sample window with him (on which he did a very convincing demonstration), but also took the time to make sure that I, as a wheelchair user with a progressive muscle disease, would be able to open and close the window myself. It meant a lot to me. And, of course, I was able to.

I was told the windows, which are custom made, would take a month or so to be ready. But, in fact, it took about half that time and installation was scheduled just weeks after signing the contract and making the down payment.

On installation day, which took about a full day, Dyego and his team were on time and did an excellent job making sure they disrupted as little as possible and cleaned up what little mess had to be made.

I have had the windows a few days now and can already feel the HVAC unit running less. It's also nice to open a bedroom window at night! I have also had plenty of outreach from folks at Champion making sure installation went well and checking to see if there was annoying I needed.

I look forward to enjoying the new windows (and the energy savings) for years to come and thank everyone at Champion for such a great experience. They aren't as cheap as everyone else, but I still highly recommend making the investment!

We met with their sales guy 2 months ago. Great experience w him. I called to check in on status of production and installation. They canceled the order! We wasted two months waiting for these idiots. No call or email or anything. Horrible customer service and respect for people's time. Not to mention how excited we were and now just angry and sad

Justin was very knowledgeable and professional about the windows installation procedure. Did not like that we did not sign a contract today. We are just starting the process to get window replacements. The window demo was very efficient.

Doug with Quality Control was more hard sale and pushy. He did not want to take no for an answer.

Yesterday, we spent time with Damien and Doug discussing the benefits of Champion Windows for our home. Damien's presentation was professional and informative. Even though we had bought Windows from Champion several years ago, we still learned a lot about why purchasing their Windows was a good idea. I would recommend Champion as a cost-effective solution over other window companies.

Update: our windows were installed in one day by a very organized and professional team. They were easy to work with and insured we were satisfied before they left.

We decided to replace our front door and contacted Champion. One again, Damien was very professional and friendly. We learned about the many options that Champion offers for type of doors, locks and colors. After the presentation, we decided to purchase a new door. We look forward to having it installed in a few weeks.
