Robertson roofing did a great job on my roof! I needed a whole roof replacement after hurricane Ida and they literally ‘nailed’ it! All their workers were very professional. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. I have had zero issues since! Highly recommend!

Wonderful and painless experience working with Robertson for a fortified roof. Everything was pretty much done within a day and it only took a couple weeks to get on the schedule. I highly recommend.

I was accepted into the LA Fortified Roof program, and I selected Robertson Roofing among 3 contractors I received bids from. While meeting with Robertson Roofing, I felt their answers to my questions were honest and informative, and their inspection of my roof and estimate of work needed were both thorough and complete. There was no question about the current issues, what work was going to be done, and what that work will cost. After our meeting, I felt like I was going to get a great job, and I believe they still went above and beyond my expectations.

I will say their estimate was higher than the others I received, but when you start comparing "apples to apples", the gap closes quickly. For instance, when they removed the sheet metal from my A/C condenser platform, they weren't happy with the structure underneath. So they reconstructed the platform, yet stood by their initial estimate for that work.

A roof replacement is a large financial decision, and it's tempting to save a couple of bucks from one quote to the other. But when the storm comes, you can't pay for peace of mind. These are good people, and if there's an issue, I'm very confident they will answer my phone call.

I called in May to make an appointment for an Estimator and waited two weeks before Robertson Roofing came to do the inspection. It’s been four weeks now since they did the inspection in the building and I have been waiting to receive the estimate. I called several times to the office and was told that the estimate was to be emailed to me a week ago. I called again the office today and spoke with Cindy, (Scheduler) and she told me Mr. Jr is on vacation and they don’t have any guarantee as to when the estimate will be ready. I can not wait another month for an estimate. I guess they don’t need the business.

Robertson Roofing was the best subcontractor we dealt with during the homebuilding process. They were professional, provided creative ideas, and did an excellent job on our custom metal roof. Also, we decided to follow their advice to install ice and water shield. It is a highly durable product. Their service was second to none and they stand by their products.

We had to have some shingles replaced on our roof after Hurricane Zeta. Robertson roofing did the repairs and I am very please with the work that was done. Everyone at the company did a great job of communicating with us from the time of the estimate until the time of completion.

Robertson Roofing has always been professional, timely, and they don’t cut corners. They installed a 30 year roof 15 years ago, and has withheld multiple stores. Their work is done the right way the first time.

Always an easy recommendation! I had a squirrel eat the lead flange of a vent on my roof, causing a leak. Gerard came out, identified the problem quickly, and the problem was corrected the next day.

I just needed parts to repair my own gutter. The lady that answered the phone was nice, polite, articulate, professional, and HELPFUL! I just wanted to know where I could find the parts I needed. She told me of the supplier but it was in Jefferson, a long drive for me. She pro-offered help. She had one of the operations guys drop off the parts on their next trip to my area. He did. The guy that came by my house was very technically knowledgeable, helpful, also very articulate, and a decent guy. They may not have made money on me for this minor repair but that got my next roofing/gutter job and anyone that I can steer their way! Thank-you!
