Robert's Restorations did a great job replacing our roof shingles. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner.

Excellence in helping people

In January 2024 we faced great damage: a very big tree fell down and hit our house. We were shocked by the damage the tree did to our house and we did not even know where to start and what to do. First, we called a construction company for emergency. The company came, estimated the cost and contacted our insurance company for the cost approval. After the official approval by the insurance they removed the tree and did a simple roof tarping. For that we paid about $5K.

Later the insurance company representative came to us to estimate the damage repair cost. The insurance company sent us a check for $12K. After that we started searching the contractors who would agree to repair the damage for this money. After seeing the damage, all the contractors were laughing at us: the preliminary damage repair cost they estimated was significantly more as opposed to that the insurance proposed. Why? The tree was huge and our beautiful roof made of stone needed full replacement. Instead, the insurance recommended patching stone slates with asphalt shingles. In addition, there was damage inside of house which must be also fixed.

We were desperate and we just did not know what to do. Eventually, one of our co-workers suggested us to find and hire a Public Adjuster who would dispute with the insurance company. We started searching and eventually found Robert Jackson. He came to see the damage and we spent hours discussing details. In the end, Robert honestly explained us that he can dispute appraisal made by the insurance company to adjust the damage claim. Robert warned us, however, we have to be prepared for this process might take from three months up to two years because insurance companies are not in rush to cover expenses. All the arguments presented by Robert we found to be very reasonable and fair. As a result, we signed a contract with his company. It happened to be that Robert Jackson is a President who runs two companies: Claim Adjusting Services (SUMMIT) and Restoration (Roberts Restorations, Inc). We found this combination to be very practical and convenient.

After signing a contract, Robert immediately started working on our claim and yet, it took several months and multiple attempts to get an approval from insurance to increase the coverage cost to repair all the damage. Despite the approval, the insurance kept recalling and denying its own approvals over time so Robert should permanently keep disputing their decisions again and again.

Eventually Robert started working on our house repair. In doing that, he was very responsive and always kept asking what material/design we would prefer him to use providing us, if possible, samples. Now we happily live in the house repaired by the Robert’s companies. All the work was done very fast and professional. We really enjoyed very much working with Robert Jackson and highly recommend him personally and his associates.

I called Roberts Restoration and requested a quote on a leaking flat roof. Robert was able to go out within a day or two and provided a quote within in a day or two. I requested that the roof be covered at the location of the leak and that was done asap. The roof was scheduled within 5 days and completed in one day. Roberts Restorations had previously done my roof and gutters which I have had repeated compliments on. This time they were able to quickly help when my deck collapsed when having it rebuild. They were able to stabilize my house so the new deck could be attached, put up flashing around the deck, and replace the siding that was damaged. I’ve had these folks out to our house twice; first time was for a roof repair, the second was to repair a fascia panel. Both were caused by the wind and (fortunately) both were relatively minor fixes. Roberts Restoration was very responsive, gave us very reasonable estimates and stuck to them. The best part is the work product. They do a great job. In the more recent case of the damaged panel, their carpenter (a very pleasant guy, btw) quickly repaired it and it now looks better than it did before. Can definitely recommend this company.

We had Joshua paint several spaces including a large great room as well as woodwork on our stair case. He did a very nice job and communicates well. Would recommend/will use again.

We had siding, gutters and fascia replaced. From the beginning of the process to the end, Robert's Restorations was great to work with. They came out promptly for an estimate, showed interest in our needs and made us feel that we would be valued as customers. Robert explained in detail what needed to be done, and provided a fair, detailed estimate within a day. They then helped us in the process of choosing siding colors and made recommendations. It took a little while (2 weeks) to order the materials and get started, and rain slowed the project a bit. But their worker's were clearly skilled and hard working. They took great care not to damage anything, and this was incredibly important because there are extensive plantings around the house. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out. When the project was complete, they walked through the work with us to make sure we were happy. If you need trim and siding repair, I highly recommend Robert's Restorations.

We were in need of a quick inspection for a closing. Robert was very efficient in helping us get it done, so we could move forward. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and his services!

I just had my roof done by Roberts restoration and at first when they came out, I saw the guys some look kind of young so I was little bit worried but when I saw the guys in action, they where great. Great job. Very professional. Also, Mike Dunk he came out and the estimate he is a great guy, honest. And did everything he said he would and on time!!!

We are about to embark on our second project with the Roberts Restoration team. I will say, this is a small business operation with personal touches and care that you can only get from a team this size.

For our first project, we were hit by some nasty weather that took off a few shingles from our rooftop. Rooftop issues are no joke, and should be handled immediately. So I called into a dozen or so places to see if I could get quotes to get this replaced ASAP. What I found was, no one was willing to quote our project since it was not a full roof repair. Labor shortages to trades professionals really being the driver of that, companies are focusing in on larger jobs as it is tougher to keep a team going. They came out a day later to quote the project, and a week after to complete the project.

What was cool about that project was the project manager detailed what went on and how they were able to fix it. I was also thankful that the Roberts team didn't deem this one too small and came out to help. They also were fair and reasonable for the pricing of the project. Considering the work and time, I would say I couldn't have found a better price.

Now on to the second project, this story is incomplete. Our front wood trim is starting to deteriorate due to time. It's gotten to the point where our HOA has sent us a warning. Not initially knowing where to go, we got a postcard just in time from Roberts, so I called. Within a day, they sent a project manager out to take a look. He comes out and to our surprise, it's the same guy who like a good businessman, remembers our house. He takes some measurements and makes a few guesses, and so far we are thousands of dollars below where we thought we would be.

Stay tuned on this project. No doubt we will be well taken care of. This is among a few honest companies out there.

The Roberts' team was great to work. Down to earth people and really easy to work with. Repairs were completed in a timely manner after dealing with a "Not so great neighbor" insurance company. The workmanship looks top notch. Highly recommend.

We desperately needed repairs to our siding after a storm. It really looked bad but no company wanted a small job. I called Robert's and immediately received a call back from Mike. He was out within a few days and a estimate came the same day.
He ordered the parts and the job was completed the next week.
The installers were very professional and made sure I was very happy before leaving.
We have other work that needs to be done and will be calling them soon. I strongly recommend them.

If you need trimming/siding repair Robert's Restoration is the way to go. From the first consultation to installation, the service was impeccable. Alex is very knowledgable, responsive and great at explaining the work needed in detail. The prices are very fair despite the inflated market. Nick and the owner Robert reached out to ensure our needs were met and the job was done to our satisfaction. This is a horrible company with a hateful owner who threatens his customers with lawsuits over online reviews. There is no way all these glowing reviews are real.

My biggest regret is that I didn’t check their reviews on Better Business Bureau or Facebook before getting involved with this company. If I had, I would have found out what kind of person the owner is, and I would have never even called them.

I utilized Roberts Restoration in October of 2022 for a new roof after having a leak in my attic. Daniel came out inspected the area of concern and was able to let me know that not only was I missing shingles there but also in other areas. Daniel and his team worked directly with my insurance company to get the necessary paperwork completed, permits in place and job completed for my roof. Work was excellent, workers were on time and cleaned up, and overall extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof work

We used Roberts restorations after we noticed damage from a recent wind storm. Roberts worked tirelessly with our insurance company. (who was reluctant to provide us much repair services) Daniel from RR continued to work with them, eventually convincing them that a new roof was absolutely necessary. After nine months of back and forth, Daniel was able to convince our insurance company we needed a new roof. He met with us to discuss our options, installed a beautiful new roof and helped us through every step of the process. We now have peace of mind, knowing we have a new, perfectly installed roof on our house. We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Their diligence and persistence was remarkable. RRinc.'s crew did a wonderful job cladding the large cupolas (~30 ft above ground) on our barn. They were very hard working and paid attention to detail. My ex-wife had hail damage on her roof. The insurance adjuster that handled the claim was very combative and dismissive, and denied the claim. We hired Robert, because I knew that he could handle this! He met with the adjuster and dominated the process to the point that, not only did her claim get paid, but the neighbor across the street ALSO got his claim paid after hiring Robert!
Both roofs were done quickly and perfectly! Craftsmanship at it's finest!

We were worried about possible leaking from our roof after finding some water/moisture above one of our fire alarms where there’s no water pipes. After setting up an appointment with Peter, Ed came out and spent an hour checking my roof and internally near the site of the water. Ed spent care in providing a thorough explanation of what he found and how it was not related to a roof leak but rather moisture accumulating there due to not utilizing the exhaust fan following showers in the adjacent bathroom. Ed gave suggestions and offered some opportunity to extend the life of the roof, but otherwise was completely honest and did not seek to have us pay money needlessly. And, Ed did not charge us for his time but regarded as part of their time providing a free estimate. It’s wonderful to find a company with integrity.

My experience with Robert's Restoration was as smooth as silk. There was no time that I felt nervous or unsettled.
Alex helped me through every phase from the free inspection to installation to closing on the project. He kept in contact with me by phone or text to let me know how things were progressing.
The team came to replace my roof on time. They were hard workers and cleaned the area frequently. It was quite a windy day so they even went down the street and across the street to pick up debris. They were careful with my property, protecting glass doors and windows and they moved yard decoration away from the house and put it all back when they were done.

Excellent experience allowing Robert’s Restoration to handle my roof. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company to ensure my roofing project was a success. I had used cleaners that I thought were good throughout the years but they built up on our hardwood floors and I thought they were ruined. Now they look so bright and look like new again. Roberts Restorations came by my house and said they could help me with my roof. I contacted them even though I was skeptical. Weigh-in 10 days, I had a new roof. They were quick, professional and handled the insurance would recommend them to anyone.

We had a question on our property and wanted to know if we really needed work done just yet or not. We had a technician from Roberts come out to take a look, and he was completely honest that he thought things were fine as-is. He had every opportunity to create work and charge us money, but was honest and patient and explained why no work was needed at the current time. He even came after normal work hours to give us this "quote". Couldn't be happier with the integrity we saw, and we will definitely use them for future projects!

Alex surveyed the damage and assisted me with making the claim to my insurance company. I was very happy to work with Roberts Restorations. They assisted with an insurance claim that I had due to hail damage. I was a bit overwhelmed trying to find a reliable contractor to perform the work, and initially reached out to Roberts due to their local presence. I am very happy that I did! I appreciated the experience that Robert was able to share with me as we were preparing to replace the roof, gutters, and a couple of my window wraps. Robert and his staff worked well with my insurance company and ensured the process was smooth.

Roberts Restorations replaced roof and skylights after hail damage. Level of service from everyone involved was excellent. Sales rep was knowledgeable, upfront and honest without a high pressure sales pitch or tactics. Communication was excellent. All calls were returned immediately by the rep or reps manager if the rep was not available and details were confirmed by reps manager and managers manager. And they were patient with us, allowing us to change the color twice up to a couple days before the work was done

Crew of 10+ was out 2 weeks after we signed the contract and they completed the 3500 sq ft roof in a day. They did a great job on the roof and cleaning up. Sales rep was on site a good part of the day to make sure there weren't any issues and was out the next day to clean up anything they missed and to do a walk through.

Alex was really good. Easy to get a hold of and talk to. I liked the fact they took there time and didn't rush off to another job. It was like i was there only customer. Would recommend them to friends .

I will up date this post job, but I felt it necessary to help others out who are looking for a roofer after the summers hail storms. After being inundated by contractors by mail after the storm I saw a couple of finished jobs in my neighborhood by Roberts Restorations, Inc and called them to check my roof for damage. Alex showed up and verified thee damage and showed me the pictures. He went into how the process works and said he would personally show up when the insurance adjuster showed up and work on the quote with them so that all local code items were addressed and that nothing was missed.... and then did show up on the adjusters schedule. So far all their 5 star reviews mirror the service I have received.

Job done! An excellent job and Alex again made a visit to inspect, anwser questions and address any concerns. The job went great and we were very pleased with out experience. Still at 5 star!!
