Scheduled service was perfect. They called the morning of the visit to give me a window of when they would arrive, they arrived within that window and the service was quick. They also gave me a quote for a new hot water heater as it was showing signs of leaking.

We called Command Service Center at about 8:00am and received a call back soon after saying someone would be here in about 20 minutes to diagnose our issue. The tech sent out was Derek, he was friendly and informative, explaining what he was looking at and the action he was taking. He had the part we needed and he cleaned the unit and that was all that was needed for us to be up and running. He was here half an hour, left us with a smile, a handshake, and a working air conditioner. Thanks again to Derek, we would not hesitate to call Command Service Center for our future needs.

I knew I had a problem when water started dripping from my ceiling. Something was wrong with my A/C on one of the hottest days this summer. A friend recommended Command Service, and I am so glad I called. Fernando answered the phone and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He spotted the problem and provided me with pictures. A cracked PVC drainpipe. He was able to repair. Fernando was professional; skilled for the situation; represented Command Services very well. Pricing was very competitive.

Any time we have a problem with our HVAC, the techs are over soon after our call to fix the issue. Today we had a great experience with Zach, who was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and have it repaired in 30 minutes, as well as confirming our warranty status. Will always recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement

Very fast responding back to have someone come to trouble shoot and fix problem. Felt thermostat was overly expensive. Other than that very happy with everything else.

Command service saved the day AGAIN!
My furnace went out while we were away on one of the coldest weeks of this winter. Command Service was at my house in a couple hours and Derek had the furnace up and running in no time. No frozen pipes!

Derrick was so great, first in analyzing what was wrong with my furnace when he came for the annual fall inspection and cleaning, and then when he came to install the new furnace. Recommended by friends. Called for a yearly furnace cleaning. Zach showed up on time and was very patient explaining what he was going to do, how to change the humidifier filter, where the water must be turned on and other things. Price (with senior discount) was similar to what we had paid previously. Although this was only our first time using Command Service, we definitely plan to use them in the future.

Zach was simply amazing! He did a thorough furnace clean and maintenance check of our 20 year old Lenox and pronounced it in good health for its age. No hard sell to consider a replacement but we’ll definitely be in the market soon and we’ll go with Command’s expertise! Command Service is a shinning star in the dull galaxy of today's customer service industry. They make it incredibly simple to schedule appointments and every interaction with an employee has been a pleasure. Zach did our yearly AC maintenance and we couldn't be happier with the service.
