Kevin Roberts is also wonderful with keeping you updated on the progress of the project and keeping his word where timelines and costs are concerned. And the quality of the construction is top-notch! I was scammed by a previous contractor, so RPM Construction was a like a breath of fresh air! They completed a deck and screened porch on my property and it couldn’t have gone any better. I will go with them every single time for all future home projects. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with other groups or getting quotes. This was such a stress free project (compared to a prior situation with our Delaware contractor). Having your “Team” on sight and being able to work with you all, made a huge difference.
I am so very thankful for all of the hard work that Bill, Brian and Tony put into the job.

Having competent contractors who show up on time, stay on sight and get the job done in a timely manner, is nearly impossible to find these days. There were several times where the men “entertained my crazy ideas” and need to understand the specifics of what was happening. I know this may have slowed the pace – but their patience, input and insight helped me to visualize everything. Several times we were able to tweak the look or direction; with outstanding results. Tony, Brian and Bill’s level of experience and skill on the job is priceless!

Not only are they very skilled workers, I appreciated how careful they were in my home. They took steps to keep the job site clean and my home safe. Most importantly, they strived to ensure our 2 dogs did not get out. The doors were always secure and I ALWAYS felt at ease with these men in my home. I know that when my next project comes up, RPM will be my first call.

Dennis and RPM are awesome! Down-to-earth, transparent communication and high-quality work. They handle all the details and don't stop until you are completely satisfied. Our first project was replacing all the windows in our South Bethany property. RPM did a fantastic job; we absolutely love them. While doing the windows, we also discovered some unseen water damage. Dennis and the RPM took care of removing the damage, replacing the sheathing, siding, etc. including painting to match the existing siding. Complete peace of mind. We recently had two sliders replaced and again they were efficient and thorough and the sliders look great. We'll be moving on to a balcony deck renovation project this fall and likely start bathroom remodels next year. We would highly recommend RPM to anyone looking for high-quality work from an easy-to-work with contractor!
