As always, Robert B. Payne delivers on service and equipment. Brandon called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was professional and polite.

The service we had today was a maintenence check on the plan we bought for the new unit they installed (approx. $300 a year). It covers biannual checks. Brandon went over the numbers with us after the check and explained things that needed to be explained. He made suggestions on things we could do to make the system work better and longer. He made suggestions on which equipment would help with air quality. NO SALES pitch... only suggestions.....this is the way the company operates and, if you can excuse the pun, it is a breath of fresh air.

From start to finish, Robert B. Payne is helpful, thorough, and just plain nice. You will not find a better choice for HVAC service.

John from Robert B Payne came out to the residence for a quote on a new, a c system for the house.They were able to get me in just a few hours after I called. I was not given a four hour interval for the consultation but only a half hour between 10-1030. John arrived a few minutes after 10 took some pictures of the unit outside then inside then we sat and talked options. There was no pressure tactics just answers to all of my questions. I highly recommend Rob B Payne.

We have used Robert B paying for the last 12 years. They installed our unit and service it twice a year. In the course of this heat wave, the unit stopped working, which I did not realize until I came home from work last night. The temperature in the house was nearly 80°. I called the emergency number and first thing this morning. They had someone out who repaired it wonderful company, wonderful employees, and most of all efficient reputable technicians!

The person that serviced our HVAC and air conditioner was professional and knowledgeable answered all our questions was very polite. Will definitely continue using your service.

These guys have always been great whether it's to replace a whole system or a simple service call. I've lived in my house for 15 years and they're the only ones I call when I have an issue. They always come through.

Yes, if you check your records you’ll see “minor” fixes because we had to have someone come in and fix issues that weren’t fixed when a tech came out.

We've been on the gold plan for years and at this point it's starting to seem like a money grab. Our units have had issues EVERY summer and these techs are just putting bandaids on for short term fixes. On top of that, whoever our finance person spoke with this morning to ask about a recent service had an attitude with her when the service has been subpar for a while.

We had to call THEM and we didn't receive any written correspondence other than an automated survey. We have kids here during the day and to have to wait 5 days for parts or whatever in the middle of a heatwave is insane. (This isn't the first time). We've had other contractors come right in with basic parts we've needed and fix whatever issue we experienced and I don't feel like the techs with Robert B. Payne are capable of doing that at a high level.

I would not recommend.

This team is prompt and courteous. Eager to explain what they are doing and seeing while providing tips to make your system run better. Get the Silver plan.

As always, quite satisfied with our service. Robert B. Payne installed our HVAC system several years ago and we continue with annual maintenance. We enjoyed meeting Tim today for our annual service call.

Yearly maintenance service for few years now. Technician helpful and advised I should see about replacing in near future because 17 years old. But as of today unit is working properly. It’s on my radar. Thanks

Brandon is the best HVAC technician I have ever seen and I’m 67 years old. He diagnosed my a/c problem in minutes and had the replacement part on hand to install. His meticulous maintenance of my entire system was awesome and he has a great personality. I’m a Robert Payne customer from now on because of him

We had RBP come by to clean one of our mini-split inside units. Raphael was outstanding, showed up on time and was very professional and polite. He worked quickly, cleaned up and was finished with the job without any problems. We were very impressed with Raphael and his work. The cost of a mini-split is quite high so he gave suggestions on how we can keep it cleaner between service calls.

Tech arrived before promised time, no issues. Thoroughly cleaned entire unit. Left area spotless. All you can ask in the modern society.

Chris showed up on time, explained what he was doing and left the area very clean. He provided outstanding customer service and was extremely responsive and had great communication skills. He was very fast and expedient and air conditioner is working great.

Making an appointment was very easy, I also received a call when they were in route to my residence and the technique was very professional and respectful. I have always used Robert b. Payne in the past and will continue to do so in the future thank you.

2025 update: RBP treats us like family. I rest easy knowing that I can trust without question, but that if I have a question, they will provide an honest answer.
RBP has been my go to HVAC solution for years. I tried five others before finding Payne, and I won't go anywhere else! They've fixed what others couldn't, and replaced only when necessary- and never forced or up sold.

Tech was on time and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and the order he was going to use. He replaced the ventilation system filter in the crawl space, but not the two filters in the house. That may have been because I did not ask him to. Overall service was good

I had two guys, Travis and Dempsey show up at the house, right on time and within five hours I had my new system up and running. They were very knowledgeable about the equipment and took the time to teach us on how to run the system ourselves.

Check operation of HP and FC for u.s. 1-year warranty is ending. Put both onto Gold Plan.
Next April (2023) we plan to do likewise for d.s. HP, FC, and furnace.
