They also wouldn’t picked up the phone after I tried to call again!

Scott was quick to respond to my request for a quote and my questions about the job. He was very communicative leading up to the installation date and was on site during the majority of the work. He was able to also replace some damaged soffit from Ida as well. The job site was cleaned afterward and we have had no issues since installation in November 2021. Highly recommended.

Scott and his crew did my roof and the Sheetrock inside post Ida. These guys were on time, efficient and within budget. Also came through when there was a small leak due to a plywood clip, they came out on 3 different occasions and made sure the problem was fixed. Thanks to Scott and his crew. I highly recommend.

I requested bids from 7 companies to replace my roof after 2 water oaks fell on my house. I received bids from $11,000 to $17,000 for the same job, very similar products and installation based on best practices and manufacturers warranty requirements. RNS provided the one of best bids and included such things as starter strips, 6 nails per shingle, Certainteed shingles and excellent waterproofing on all peaks, valleys and vents. The roofing crew was very experienced and I checked all the drip edges, valleys, peaks and vents. Additionally, RNS fixed about 20 holes in my roof caused by tree damage. Overall, great company, on time, excellent value and exceeded my expectations.

We used RNS twice, once on a flat torch down roof and again on my house. 1st class work. FINALLY a contractor who is responsive and tells you when he is going to be there and actually shows up. Work was impeccable and the clean up afterwards was flawless. So good my neighbors noticed and told
me they wish they would have hired RNS instead of (fill in blank) roofer they had. I Highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this company! I had an appointment for 10:30am and no one had showed up. I was assuming maybe they was running late, so I called to see was someone still coming and he said they’ll get back with me. I’ve never heard anything back from them and no one never showed up! They also wouldn’t picked up the phone after I tried to call again!
