RNP Roofing was great. All employees polite, on time and went beyond their job description, I would recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our roof replaced by this company. Very easy going and they didn’t try to oversell. Richard gave us a detailed quote, we talked about timing and then they came to do the project. Very efficient and simple, the way it should be! The crew was very efficient and when it was finished they left without a trace, not one piece of debris left behind. Nice craftsmanship as well, our roof looks beautiful! Highly recommend.

Rich is honest and hard working and gets the job done along with incredibly fair pricing and years of experience. He has repaired joists for us, vent pipe roof flashing and worked on our rubber flat roof patio area : installing a paver system and finishing touches to make it look incredible. His guys are professional and work hard. Great to work with a local company and know things will be completed as promised. Give Rich a call. He’ll get the job done.

We called Rich when our company purchased a building in Richmond to relocate our business. The 37,000 square foot building had stood vacant for over 10 years and we knew some major work would need to be done on the roof. Rich promptly came out, did an assessment of the situation and gave us a very fair quote for the work. Timeliness and coordination of the work was very important as we had other contractors coming in for the renovation as well. He and his crews came in timely, well equipped and professional. Complete tear out and new rubber roof all installed within a few days. Very happy with Rich's work and would recommend him to anybody!

The crew did a great job at getting our roof up over one weekend -our house and garage! They also helped us vent out of bungalow area. Easy and fast!

If I could give no stars I would, the only thing this guy sells is excuses, won’t commit to any time or day. No call, no shows multiple times. Said he “forgot” to show up on one day when he said he would be coming. Anytime we tried to reach out, he would send us straight to voicemail and ghost us completely. Finally got an answer once I called from a different number, and said he would call back in a few minutes, but of course he never did! Don’t even reach out, cause he doesn’t want your business. Look elsewhere!

We had RNP Roofing replace the roof on our home. He (Richard) came out to give us a quote and was prompt, professional and on time. We were told he could start the job in 2 weeks, and it would only take one day. He came through on all counts. He and Paul were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.
The reason I gave them the work is twofold. One, their price was fair and at the lower end of others we had got. Two, we use RNP at our commercial building (Paradox Church) in Warren where we have an old leaky flat roof. EVERY TIME I text Richard I get an immediate reply saying he'll be right out. For 3 years he took our annoying texts and came out EVERY TIME, even though the leaks weren't his fault or his roof. Anyone can replace your roof, but what happens when or if there is an issue? These guys respond....every time. Well done fellas.

Rich gave me a good quote. Told me it would be a few weeks before he got to me. I called every few weeks and he gave me the same line. In a few more weeks he will get to me. I gave up after a few months. Reading the other reviews tells me he is definitely not honest. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Rich did a great job on our roof in and out in one day. He also did a few roofs for my mom and her neighbors all were really Happy with his company’s work.

Had Richard from RNP roofing come out to replace my roof. Was told it would take a day. They started the job July 3rd 2018. Of course they didn't finish in one day. Was told they would return July 5th. Only July 6th after multiple phone calls and my roof still not completed I got a hold of Richard and he informed me he "forgot" he had a trip to Florida and would be back July 9th to finish the roof. On July 10th the roof was finally finished. Except the roof had issues on a brand new just installed roof I already had an issue which he immediately fixed. They also forgot to install vents for the bathroom fans. Then in October I discover a roof leak, not just a leak a hole in my roof. Richard again came out and fixed it but this was a brand new roof. Since then I discovered nails which were left behind and smashed into the shingles, missing roof tar on exposed nails, and a leaking vent stack flashing. RNP also installed a roof for my mother-in-law. She's now on her second roof leak. I had to withhold payment on my roof to get Richard out to fix her roof the first time. If you want your roof done cheap go with RNP. If you want your roof done right find someone else.

Rich is an honest man and is dedicated to his work. I haven't seen any other roofing company get a job done as fast as Rich. When we hired him to do our roof he was already starting tear off at 7am and was done with the whole job before 2pm. He is a man of his word. We moved recently and when our new house needs a roof we know who we'll be calling.

I was refered too RNP by my neighbor to find and repair a roof leak damaging my ceiling. The current roof is to be over 18 years old, and due for replacement.
Due to my financial crunch, within 24 hrs, Rich was able to locate and repair the current issue., At " No Charge". All he asked was for me to allow him to bid for the roof when i was ready to replace. I will contract RNP this year to replace roofing on both house and garage.

Rich was professional and responsive. Did a good job on replacing our roof. Gave a fair price (including a one year warranty). Too bad he had no intentions of honoring the warranty. After discovering an issue with the roof that caused a leak I call Rich. Immediate attitude and lack of interest in helping. He did agree to come out and look at the issue. Then rescheduled due to weather, then no showed for the following appointment. I called him, he answered and said he would call me right back. 45 minutes after he was supposed to be at the house, he had not showed or called back (as he said he would). I called and left him a message and he never returned it...guess he doesn't stand by his work!
