RMS has completed three projects for me over the past several years (remodeled laundry and half bathroom, new covered deck w/ electrical, and bathroom renovations). These guys do great work at fair cost. Very knowledgeable, capable, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend reaching out to them for any home improvement project!

I would give a zero rating if I could.I purchased an A/C unit 3 yrs ago and Dave Bezille installed it and removed the freon a couple times and reinserted it cause the unit kicked on and off every 2 mins because of his Honeywell thermostat which was a piece of junk. I reinstalled my own after he left which made the unit run the way it should. He also put a hole in the tubing located in my basement which drains the water from the unit, taped it and tried telling me the leak was already there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago..my unit was not cooling and my husband is on oxygen 24/7 and has to have a/c.I called Dave first and he never returned my call, called Rich the owner and left message and he never called either so I had no choice but to call another repairman. The part is still under warranty so I just called Dave today (Aug 19) and was told his phones broke and he has autistic son and he hung up on me after I replied him having an autistic son is not relevant to me calling him. Called Rich just now and he tried telling me I never left a message. Really!! He just hung up on me because I said Had I wanted to purchase a unit, he would have returned my call the same day. Once they get your money, its screw you. What a way to treat their customers. Never again !
