The gentleman who came to estimate whether RL Roofing could help us was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment of our problem. While RL cannot help us, he was able to steer us to a type of repair person that would meet our needs. A really nice, helpful guy!
I would give zero stars, but the people who actually did the work on my roof were hard workers. After my roof was completed I had the same problem I did before they worked on it. After drawing their attention to it, I was told it would be corrected. Four months later, after speaking ON THE PHONE (also difficult to do) to Rich Leslie, I was finally assured that it would be taken care of and I would be sent pictures. A month later I’m still waiting on those pictures.. I called a few days ago, asking for them and was told they would be sent the next day. Still waiting. I do not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I am actively telling people to stay away from them.
Great company! They installed our roof back in 2020 and have been diligent in helping us to maintain it throughout the years. If you're looking a new roof, look no further!
