Workers were vaping in the house and cigarette butts were left on our porch. Put construction waste in our personal trash in. Said they were going to haul it away but never did. Followed up with them and construction waste was still not taken. Had to find a third party to haul it away. The final straw that has finally prompted me to leave this review was that when they installed the microwave, it was simply put up on the wall as soon as it was out of the box. I mentioned how there is an exhaust vent already present for the microwave's vent fan. Installer said that the microwave is ventless and has filter inside to prevent cooking smells. Took his word for it. It seemed like they just didn't want to redo installing the microwave. However, after a year, my husband and I were tired of cooking smells staying in our house despite using the vent fan, and the vent fan was really really loud. We learned through the microwave manual that the microwave does also offer venting through the exhaust as well but requires rotating the vent fans to face towards the back rather than the front that was required for the ventless option. We thought maybe actually directing exhaust outside rather than thru a filter would improve the cooking smells from staying in the house. When we took down the microwave and rotate the vent fans according to manual instructions, we noticed that the fans were neither facing forward nor backwards but upwards. No wonder it was so loud and ineffective because the air was going nowhere, definitely not the filter in the front of the microwave. So frustrating for having to deal with an easily fixable issue for a year if the microwave was just installed correctly from the start.

EDIT UPDATE: Wow, I'm speechless. Couldn't even take a negative review in grace. Also, they were hired for a kitchen remodel?? How is installing a microwave "a goodness from their heart"? Don't hire if you don't want your house called dirty in the middle of remodeling

These men are remarkable. excellent communication, very high quality workmanship. They went above and beyond what needed to be done. I know who's getting called for all my future needs. The pricing is very fair as well. if you are hesitant just call them!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Ernest and Justin for everything !!!

I called and asked these guys to come and give estimates on a privacy fence nd a pool deck tear down the old deck and also fix our back door. They was very efficient and was super nice when they came over to do estimate. They measured everything nd then gave us a date to come back and do the work. They did a fabulous job there crew was well mannered and the owners kept in touch with us at all times. That was a big blessing do to all the rain and time line and such they kept there word nd that's hard to come by. They also cleaned up after there selves. There r no words to express how happy we r. I'll post pics when I get my yard and pool all cleaned up so u can see how fabulous it really is. Thk u guys for doing a great job I totally will recommend u all and will have u all do everything in the future.
