Ray (the owner) was fantastic and managed the process from the very beginning for our roofing and siding project. We had 3 other quotes and he was the most competitive (even with premium materials).
Ray and his crew allowed us to be perfectionists and are themselves as well. Ray won't leave a project until you and he is 100% satisfied. He even came at the very end and found a few small things he sent a crew back to touch up.

When Ray's team couldn't reach the top of the roof with a 40 ft ladder to replace an aluminum siding, he sent another team to repair from the rooftop recognizing that it had to be fixed before the rain.

Ray and his crew just put a roof on my home by the water in NH. His workers were so good. They went about their work diligently and finished as promised, in one day. The only noise you heard was the hammers otherwise the workers were mindful of my neighbors. They cleaned everything up so you couldn’t tell they had been there. It looks beautiful now I need my siding done. Ray made an extra effort to provide what we had agreed upon. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again.

After 144 years it needed some help and Ray was there with a team of professionals that worked straight through to transform and update the look such that it looks like a new house. They set up a shop in my garage to stain the siding and were thorough and neat as a pin. The workers doing the installation were precise and experts at their craft. All I needed was two sides that we could not get to ourselves and I had a hard time trying to find a contractor that wanted to do a partial home.. I was looking to replace my roof and hired Ray to do the job. He went over in great detail what he would be doing as well as cost. There was a specific color shingle I wanted and Ray was able to deliver! His team did an amazing job! Fast but thorough...I was so pleased, I had him do all of my trim as well. He will do a detailed walk thru at the end to make sure you are happy before your final payment. I highly recommend Ray and his team!

I just want to say that I am very hesitant to spend money on contractors. I do a lot of my own work and know enough about things to know how things should be done and what they should cost. We took seven quotes for our roofing/siding/windows project. I found RJ's on Yelp and figured him to be a longshot compared to the others only because I was already familiar with them. RJ's ratings were good so I invited the bid. When Ray came to our house he took a few minutes to look around and quietly evaluate the project. He talked about the importance of the project to ME. Ray assured me that he would work hard to ensure I was happy. He spent a couple hours walking around talking with me about options and issues and paid attention to what I wanted.

His price was very competitive but the value of his quote was certainly the best. The total project (roof, siding, windows, doors and trim) will be 8-10 weeks long due to lead time of materials, mainly windows and doors. Ray and I spent probably ten hours together during the two weeks leading up to the project start, planning and collaborating for a successful approach.

The roofing job is finished and came out great. Ray and the installation crew paid a lot of attention to detail and worked closely with me to make decisions when necessary and ensure that I was happy. The job was a complete and total strip of all existing roofing, flashing, drip edge, trim, etc. 100% new roof everywhere. The crew cleaned up each day and did a very thorough final cleanup. RJ's will be returning to my house in June to do the siding, doors, windows and rest of the trim.

When I contracted with Ray it was because of the value his proposal provided. He told me that he was going to do everything he could to make sure I was completely satisfied with the result. That is exactly what he did. I first met Ray on April 20, 2021 and now on May 16 I feel like I have known him for years.

They were professional, respectful and had fantastic communication. They offered the best quote out of 5, and through the craziness of Covid19 they went through hoops to get all the materials to complete the project. They do not up charge for materials and are very transparent and trustworthy. I highly recommend RJ and his crew!

My experience with Ray at RJ's Roofing and Siding has been excellent. Ray and his crew did a shingle roof on our barn; Ray was very easy to work with, responsive to our questions, took the time to explain in detail what we should be expecting, the material he was going to use, and the timeline. Ray proposed multiple options which made sense for the type of structure we needed a roof for and clearly reasoned in the interest of the customer, not only his own interest as the owner of a roofing company, which is very rare for contractors these days. Ray was present on the job site at all times, he completed the job very efficiently and with attention to details, removed all debris and cleaned up the site very professionally. Communication with Ray was excellent and I will hire him again for future jobs without hesitation. Good and reliable contractors are difficult to find these days, so thank you Ray for striving for quality work at pricing that remains reasonnable.

Raymond is THE MAN! Killer job, killer crew....you really need to hire this guy for your roofing and siding projects! Best price around no joke!! The other companies are SO expensive compared to RJ. I got 3 quotes and the other 2 were almost twice the price. Don't get ripped off....call Ray!
