Can not say enough good thing about RJS Building Services. This was our fourth project with RJS and as always, the dedication to detail and expert craftsmanship is second to none. The project was seamless and the results spectacular. All that enters the home can not believer the before and after. RJS gave us a date to arrive and an estimated schedule for each project. Timely and accurate were both. Even with design changes we made along the way, Rob and his group were extremely accommodating and always made the timeline initially given for project completion. RJS raises the bar for other contractors. Rob surrounds his company with like-minded sub-contractors that have the same work ethic and values. We couldn't be happier with our results.
We were in the process of selling a previous home and during the home inspection we found some water damage in the exterior wall of our basement. RJS Building Services was very quick to respond to our call and provided professional service and impeccable workmanship in correcting a problem from the previous builder. We were under the gun to get the work completed quickly so that we could finalize our sale at closing. RJS is by far the most professional and quality oriented contractor I have used in my history of remodeling projects . We have remodeled 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 foyer with RJS and are currently starting a project to remove an outdoor wall and replace with doors and windows. No contractor has ever been as thorough as Rob in the original quote, the estimated time of completion, cleanliness of the work area, the value of the cost and the overall experience. Through all of the above projects there has not been a single issue and the resultant remodels have been above expectations.
